It's taken me a few to get to this review but it is worth the wait. First off Ido and Ronit are just the best. My wife's center diamond disappeared from her wedding ring and we couldn't find it anywhere. The tears were free flowing. We started to look at jewelers to replace and shore up the setting. Low and behold a week later she was walking on the carpet in the master bedroom and stepped on something hard, it was the diamond. That day the housekeeper had canceled fortunately because otherwise it would have been vacuumed away. We went to the first jeweler and the couldn't reset the diamond as they didn't have a laser to melt the gold w/o ruining the other diamonds in the setting. We were referred to another jeweler that did. This jeweler said it was impossible to reset as the diamond was to big for the setting and would require a new head. Discouraged we sought out other options. Thus The Perfect Princess cut was the business we chose as the center diamond is a 2.0+ princess cut. We had an appointment with Ido and Ronit at their summerlin location. We arrived and were greeted by two friendly, beautiful huskies. As dog people it was special. I asked Ido what he thought about resetting and he voiced the same concerns. So we decided to do something different. My wife saw a setting they had done B4 and brought it with her and showed Ido, Ronit was so pleased as it is one they designed. So after much discussion we came up with a plan. Use the existing diamonds, melt down the gold and cast a new setting with existing diamonds. Well its is BEAUTIFUL. It was so much less than buying a new setting and is really the same ring just repurposed and that made her happy as so much sentimental went into that ring(another story for another time). Needless to say I can't recommend The Perfect Princess Cut enough. What a great family. Honest, diligent, professional and great workmanship. That's the story and I'm sticking to it. read more

It's a concierge service model rather than a shark tank in your standard shopping center jewelry store with a cars-dealer type of salespeople. 2) By appointment only and total privacy. You / Your guests will be the only ones in their business office. You get 100% of their attention. Spend as much time as you need to ask questions and look through the pieces. 3) All gems here are certified to be conflict free - No blood diamonds here. 4) Appraisal (and certificate) from a GIA approved lab are included - There is no room for question regarding your jewelry's value, quality, or authenticity since each stone has laser inscribed ID (invisible to the naked eye but can be seen under technical instruments). This made it very easy and saved us a ton of money / work to add it to the home owner's insurance policy. 5) Lifetime fair value trade in - When you buy here, the value you paid is the value you get on your trade in. You don't have to worry about losing value as with other jewelry stores. 6) Complimentary cleaning and inspections - It's like the oil change and engine check except it comes with the ultimate car wash and wax to keep your jewelry looking new. We first found the Perfect Princess cut at a bridal show in GVR. I had just gone through a disaster in designing and having a custom engagement ring made. The ring I had made was nothing like the picture I had agreed on. The diamond was chipped and they were taking no responsibility for. It did eventually get my money back but in the meantime. I began to work with Ido, Ronit, and Melina. They were beyond professional and asked questions the other people didn't. Which made the design process about 2 days of back and forth emails. It was made in cad for and I was able to tell them the tweaks I wanted to be done. (The previous jeweler took over two months before I could see a rendition of the ring.) The whole process I believe only took about two weeks to have a fully custom ring. I was blown away by the ring and the service. My wife knew I was having a ring made but she had no idea what it looked like. When I proposed she was speechless and loves wearing the ring. She gets stopped almost daily to see her ring. You can forget about Macys or Zales ,even with those 50% off coupons the quality IS NOT THERE. As far as COSTCO goes ,they are Not a jewelry store and the item in the showcase is different from the one you get plus they are not cheap .
