There are so many high-quality and unique fragrances at Bath & Body Works. Some of my favorite signature fragrances are the Japanese Cherry Blossom and the Eucalyptus Spearmint. You can sample a variety of products, and there typically will be a new scent every few months due to seasonal changes or promotional fragrances, like the new Bridgeton fragrances! This store is always stocked and well organized! The team members are friendly, too. When my husband and I were shopping around, we had several team members from Bath & Body Works ask us if we needed any assistance! The candles are amazing!! Most of the staff that we encountered were friendly and observant. As I stood there waiting for the girls to do what girls do which is get lost in all the amazing fragrances, A young lady approached me with a sample of men's cologne. I didn't even know they sold men's cologne at Bath and body Works. The scent that she recommended smelled really good. It's just that I'm very picky. So at the moment I'll stick to my Versace cologne, no offense . The cashier was awesome, very friendly and upbeat. After the transaction was complete, I was pleasantly surprised at the price and the birthday girl was very satisfied with all her new perfumes, lotions and lip glosses. read more

It's funny how I have never been to this location, albeit I live only 8-minutes away from Downtown Summerlin. I had half an hour to spare before I needed to pick up my dog from her groomer. I decided to stop by BBW. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by an older staff lady, and she asked if I needed assistance. The nice lady also introduced me to one of the gingham collection's fragrances. The Gingham Glow smelled so amazing that I bought a three-wick candle, and the scent notes are golden nectar & marigold petals, accented with sandalwood. Another amicable young lady staff informed me about the BBW's APP. I downloaded it on my IOS phone, which was a breeze to set up. I opened my QR code at checkout, so I can start to accumulate points on purchases. The female cashier was very friendly too. The store was spotless, and as I was walking out, I saw a guy emptying the trash by one of the two sinks. Nothing more annoying than businesses letting their trash pile up (including medical clinics that let their diaper pail overflow - so gross!). It was so refreshing to see this location's efficiency with housekeeping duties. read more

I'm a loyal Bath and Body Works customer. My usual store in Las Vegas isn't this one, but I ordered some things online and this was the pickup location. While waiting in line to pick up my order and also to pay for some other items I bought, I asked an employee if they had some specific products. Without even looking at me, her only response was "NO." I'm not even sure she actually heard my question. Coincidentally, the same person served me when I went to pay. She was rude again, and her customer service was truly terrible. I noticed some items were missing from my order, and I tried to ask her why, but she turned away, completely ignoring me, and walked off. At least I know her name is Loren. It would be great if the store provided customer service training for its employees. This girl really needs it. I'll think twice before going back there. read more

The amount of scents they have here are always so overwhelming to me because I can't possibly sample all of them!!! But I wish I could! I also found the cutest and the smartest invention, I've never seen it. It was a sanitizer holder and on the other side of it, it can hold your doggie bags for the poop!!!! January 12, 2023 - Late Christmas present, but I got to get what I wanted. The Shops at Summerlin, it is the Town Square of Summerlin, All I can say is so much better than the other Town Squares. We were able to get a parking spot right in front of the store (I haven't parallel parked in a long time, yay me I did good, took me two try's) Mystery Arm is in Crutches at the moment, the Manager was wonderful, she brought him a chair to sit on, as anyone knows, you will be there for awhile, because Candle lover for one thing and than you have the lotions and soaps. Chocolate Scents will usually call me first, Christmas sale, so I had to get my Chocolate candle, so yeah I had gotten about 12 candles for my birthday and Christmas, but you can never have enough, well you can but you really can't. Anyway, I was looking for a new lotion and all the smells were starting to blend so head on back to the candles, maybe I'll find another scent I might like, today wasn't that day. I was satisfied with my Hot Chocolate Candle. Customer Service is always great no matter which store you're in. Today I really needed some assistance, so one of the best young ladies came and helped me, I explained what I was looking for and yay she helped make my decision easier. "Gingham" was the winner. I am so bad with names, but we paused because some other guests stopped to say Hi and that this young lady was awesome and she was. She knows her products on top of she loves candles as well. She was so patient, kind and welcoming and made my experience memorable. I wanted the Mint Lip Gloss but they were all sold out, it is one of their top sellers, it's alright I still have some. Besides that I was happy with what I got, well anytime I go home with a candle I'm happy. When I moved to Vegas about 20 years ago, my sister in law brought me to a Bath and Body works and the First scent I got was the Sweet Pea. Once I found Eucalyptus I was done, lol that has always been my favorite scent, first choice hands down. Over time I realized that I enjoy other scents as well, but Eucalyptus is my peace of mind, go to scent. Bath and Body Works is what it is a place to buy fair quality candles lower quality lotions etc! My only reason I shop here at all is for the Wallflower plug ins which to my luck were on sale Today! I purchased a dozen of the Refills and put a Couple Of new holders in the basket as there was A Sign that all Wallflower refill holders were $8 on this particular unit. To me that meant the entire Unit top to bottom. It was Ver Deceiving marketing! I mentioned this to the person wringing up the purchases and said I don't want them for Full price and that their deceptive advertising was Illegal! The manager Brandy came over and brought the sign with her showing me the part she wanted me To see NOT the part that said ALL holders on the unit were included and it was a tall one piece unit! She was totally unyielding and other shoppers also brought up the error. She was not at all polite or apologetic and for a small amount of money it would have done the good Will of her store intact!! She didn't care. She was just waiting for her shift to end! I'll Choose another store or Just Go back to Yankee candle Where the Products are Of Superior Quality! My final words. I had to pick up a gift and fortunately, I was in Summerlin Downtown, so I headed to this store. It wasn't hard to find once I parked and looked at a map. No one greeted me as I entered in the morning time like at other locations, but that's okay. They were busy stocking product. Just this past weekend I decided to head on over with my mom. While we were at breakfast I got one of those "Hurry up and get in here" kind of sale e-mails! $5 body washes! Say whatttt? Oh yes! Say no more we are there! How convenient that we just happened to be in the neighborhood finishing breakfast! Downtown Summerlin is where this particular location is at and ironically it was my first visit! I usually shop online. The staff here is amazing! Talk about helpful. We were immediately greeted by multiple employees and told about the sales for that day! Being that the body wash was what we were most interested in the $5 signs were everywhere! One of the girls was extremely helpful and provided us with one of those cool little bags to fill up. Yeah the whole plan of just grabbing a few didn't happen. My mom should be able to have enough wash for at LEAST a year just put it that way. I appreciated the store's helpful employees and how clean and organized they were. There is nothing more frustrating then going inside of any retail store during a sales event let alone during that holiday rush time! What earned this place that 5 star rating was the wiling to go above and beyond from one of the cashier's such a sweet girl I wish I could've got her name but her name tag was covering it. I had a 20% off coupon that I left at home from the last time I took my mom shopping and it was expiring that day. She offered the option of me to check my email and also asked for my information. I went to exchange an item that I bought from a different location just an hour before arriving to Summerlin. I asked if they had the item as it was on sale. An employee thought my reason was stupid obviously and she didn't even try to look for it or offer to look for another store. I wanted to exchange it because I bought the last item at Boca Park and it was a men perfume- the box was slightly starting to rip off and I didn't want to gift the perfume with a bad looking wrap. I went to the register and explained to a girl what I needed and she started opening the perfume and RIPPED OFF MY BOX. Her excuse was that she didn't understand me what I exactly said... mind you my accent is perfectly understandable. They all looked confused and as if they didn't want to work. So I love coming to this location if I have other stores to pick up stuff from or if we have been having a family night out for pizza or dave & Busters and needed to restock on candles or something. They usually have a really great selection and everyone here is really helpful! Huge shout out to Mindy! She is one of the nicest sales associates who is always so nice and has great customer service! The store is always super clean. I will say their layout sometimes makes things hard to find. This particular store absolutely sucks as far as salespeople go. My wife and I came specifically to the store with an item to re-purchase in mind. However, after staying there for 10 minutes inside the store without anyone greeting or asking to assist us with our purchase, we chose to leave without making any purchase. Out of the four salespeople in there, two seemed more intent on cleaning the floor while another stood and talked with them the entire time AFTER all three of them decided product placement was more important that customer service. And we weren't the only people in there. Only one male guest was greeted by the only male employee. And then he graciously assisted him throughout his entire purchase. Not only did we receive zero assistance, so did the other guests who left. We'll spend our money elsewhere. read more

We placed an order and were notified that our order was ready for pick up. I took the time from my lunch from work to drive to this location only to see a sign that they were temporarily closed! I called the store and spoke to the manager, Monica Madrigal, and she informed me their registers were down due to no power. The order was already paid for and it was communicated that it was ready for pick up...why not release it to me? A waste of time, gas and money for a store that lacks character and integrity. You can't keep me away from this store! They are located right by Macy's and Sephora in Downtown Summerlin. Parallel parking on the street in front of the store is somewhat tricky on busy days, but there is ample parking in the Macy's parking structure behind the building and not too far away. This is one of my absolute favorite retail stores, so I was bummed out when I found out that no one made a yelp review for them yet! I stopped in before dinner to browse their 50% off fall sale and made out with a nice selection of seasonal hand soaps and "PocketBacs." I can't leave this place empty handed! I adore their whimsical and colorful designs on their products, but their scents take the cake! There is a scent for just about everyone. I adore their fruity and seasonal scents - they're always so fresh, yummy & festive. I love that they're always bringing in new scents, seasonal items & they constantly have sales. I signed up for the email club and always get updates on their current deals and products. I'm not bothered in the slightest by the constant emails - that's how much I love this place! The employees here are just as enthusiastic about the product and they're always very helpful. We have 2 large dogs and our house always smells so wonderful with B&BW wallflowers. I can't live without them! Even my fiancé loves how yummy our home smells and it changes with the season. This is also a wonderful place to grab gifts on the go since their packaging is beautiful! There was two young ladies at the door very pleasant congregating each other. I wanted some fragrances I asked was there any specials.I'm opening up lotions and smelling not realizing I was doing anything wrong because others was doing the same. After we got closer to the exit I continued to open and smell and I pour a small amount on my hand. The young lady Jordan approached us very aggressive yelling don't do that it's COVID-19 she reached and grabbed a couple I touched and screamed now I have to throw these away. My brother whose a Director said I'll purchase them. I stated why you don't have a sign up she stated BECAUSE PEOPLE Don't READ!. I had a really great experience receiving help from Josie when my mom and I were shopping at downtown summerlin yesterday. I shop at B&BW often and usually purchase hauls, but this time I just wanted to use a coupon for a free gift. I always feel like I annoy staff if I come in with coupons but she made me feel comfortable and made recommendations for what to use my coupon for. Josie was so sweet! I really value her personable service. Josie should be a manager if she isn't already one! She was going above and beyond for all her custies and informed me about some of my favorite scents that will be on sale during the semi-annual sale.
