Business Costco. Like coming here to get the things you can't get at the regular Costco. Lots if business items for restaurants and retail. We don't have a restaurant or retail but we do feed 20+ people at our home 4 times a year. Plates, glasses, servers, large coolers, large freezer section with cheeses, dairy and meats. Too many items to remember. You need to go there to experience. If you have a restaurant or retail business I am sure you already know about this place. This is a Costco Business Center so they have geared their merchandise more towards the restaurant owner. They also have lots of their traditional items but if you're looking for specialty items drinks Foods snacks they have a larger selection then you're normal Costco. This used to be a regular stop for me going clear back to when it was just a regular Costco before the one at Christown opened and this became a Business Center. After becoming a business center it got a lot less crowded because they switched out a lot of items that were consumer oriented for those that are business oriented. You can, and some folks do, run an entire mini mart with the items in this store. They also have food items in huge amounts for restaurants. Talking to the folks there, a lot of this location's business is delivered with their trucks every day. Today's trip here was prompted by a Sale price of $3 off the normal price for an 8 pack of Spam. I also was in need of some items for the shop and home. While there I also picked up Tahini, WD-40, orange juice, Simple Green, granola bars, Blue paper towels and toilet paper (Kirkland). Do you have any idea how long it takes one guy and the occasional visitor to use 48 rolls of toilet paper? A couple of the reasons I put up with the crowds at a different Costco most of the time: They will no longer sell cigarettes for personal consumption here, some of the perishables are closer to their expiration date because they don't move as fast (OK for a restaurant that is going to use it in a week , but not for somebody that may take several weeks to consume it), some of the products carried are different than a regular Costco and are not my preferred choices. However, if you want kitchen items this place has a whole section devoted to cookware and serving items. read more

Let's see...no electronics, no clothing, no bakery, no pharmacy, no furniture...definitely not your average Costco..but i like it though. The store is old but very well kept. The store caters to business clients even though any Costco member can come in and they everything from paper cups, paper lids, and paper napkins to entire aisles of Gatorade of every single flavor. It is definitely heaven for business owners to stock up on all of their supplies and best of all the prices are even cheaper on some products that you find at regular Costco Warehouses. Great prices It's almost unfathomable that a company that barely, if at all, advertises for gasoline can be on the top of my favorite list, for offering the lowest prices on gas in town, but it has. This Costco is huge! Almost twice as big as your average Costco...so make sure to wear comfortable shoes. The selection here is also very different than other locations. It caters mostly to small businesses, but is open to all Costco members. If you need something in bulk but the regular Costco is not big enough (I know this sounds crazy right) then you have found the right place. For example, do you need 25 pounds of pepperoni or half of a lamb? But it is also great if you want to get meat or fruit for a party. The prices seem about the same or slightly lower per ounce/unit than the typical Costco. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They are happy to answer any questions you might have and if you need help finding something they will personally walk you over to it, rather than point and leave you to find it yourself. This location is worth a stop if you are in the area or if you are hosting a large gathering. read more

Adding another star for carrying a treasure trove of unique items: Hawaiian brand kettle style potato chips, Starbucks double chocolate hot cocoa (drastically cheaper than at the grocers), and a (small) selection of Torani syrups and smoothie mixes. I was tempted to buy the condensed Horchata mix or Vanilla Frapé powder mix! Keeping off one star for the location (though it's close to Great Wall's dim sum at least) and some of the horrific backlogs that form at the register (was stuck behind a massive reseller transaction that had to be rung up at least twice). Costco in general is good but my issue is the Costco travel dept. they do not care about their members in fact they would rather insult them both over the phone and in person. Again I only state the facts. They think send me $37 on a cash card will fix everything... let me ask you this. This is an unbelievable Costco and one I didn't know existed!!! Costco Business Center is geared towards business and therefore sells even bigger packages than what you get at a standard Costco, however you are still eligible to shop there with your normal Costco card. This store is unbelievably large, at least twice the size of a normal Costco. They have lots if items you won't see at a standard Costco, but they also don't have all the items a regular Costco has, like for example alcoholic beverages, electronics, furniture, toys, books. Instead you can buy half of a frozen lamb, huge packages of meat and cheese, commercial kitchen equipment, and all the soda you need, to give the entire city of Phoenix a "sugar high." The soda section in itself is as big as a small size supermarket. You should visit this place just for the experience. read more

I called this Costco from San Diego, CA. looking for a salad dressing our local Costco gets only seasonally. I was transferred to the business department where a gentleman named Ken took my call. AWESOME customer service. He researched the item for me, gave me arrival dates for stores near his, and was very courteous and helpful. His store was not going to get this dressing so he wanted to make sure I knew where and when to look for it at different locations. He didn't have to do all that, but he did. And for that, Ken and this Costco get 5 stars. Dear Costco, can you please stock Culinary Treasures Organic Lemon Ginger Sesame Dressing & Marinade year round???? Please??? Great Costo. They are different than the regular warehouses. Specializing in restaurant and convenience items this warehouse is packed with supplies and bigger food packs. I love the selection of Torani products as well as prepared veggies (cut and ready to serve onions, lettuce, salads, etc) They don't carry everything that regular Costco does and some things are too big for the regular home customer but the ability to buy plastic restaurant style glasses for cheap is terrific! (great for tile floors!) I love the selection of snack foods and specialty drinks. I also buy Thrifty Ice Cream here! read more

This particular Costco is more toward business rather than the normal Costco, they do not have a photo center but do have printing/copying center. On Wednesday I went to this Costco and saw a Keurig coffee maker on sale for $64.99. The sign said the price was good until July 22, 2018. I traveled all the way back there today to buy it and the price was $99. I was pretty surprised to find this bait and switch from Costco. Made a 40 mile trip for nothing. read more

Costco is the BEST! They have such amazing items and almost all of them are great quality. If I do happen to not like something tough I really enjoy their great return policy. Not terribly impressed with the Business Center delivery. Ordered two days ago and still waiting for the "next day" delivery. They don't know where my order is and NOBODY can do anything until the manager gets in around 10am! Wow, they open at 7am and the manager doesn't show up till 10???? Not a very good planning at all. Been promised for two days that we will get it immediately (even though they admitted they don't know where it's at) yea, right. better to go to the store and pick it up - at lease you know where it is then. I went in to the business Costco today to renew my business membership. I was standing behind a gentlemen and he had just added someone to his membership which reminded me that I wanted to add my daughter to mine. Anyway, the customer service associate, Kelly, had handed this gentlemen the card to whomever he added to his membership and told him "just have them stop in and take their picture when they come in." I mention this as it comes into play later. I stepped up and told her I needed to renew my membership and handed her my invoice. (Note: no good morning, etc. but she was as sweet as pie to the guy she had just helped.) Anyway, it was taking her awhile when she realized that I was "late" renewing and the renewal amount had increased by $10.00. (Apparently I was 13 days late) So instead of $119 for my Executive membership, it would be $129. Before I could say anything, she took it upon herself to call over some guy and ask if they could renew it at old price (which I would have normally appreciated except she was kind of bitchy. She clearly likes dealing with men more than women. Thankfully not all middle age women are this way) all the while she was half ass talking to me...but more to herself...and then him, mumbling that they probably wouldn't do it since I was 13 days late. While we are waiting on the guy, I tell her I'd like to add my daughter to my membership. She tells me to write her name down and she'll add her. At this point I am thinking to myself that she isn't planning on giving me the card like she had the guy who was just before me, and guess what...that was her plan! I knew it! She tells me to have my daughter stop in and pick up her card! Before I could call her on it, the guy came back and said to her..and not acknowledging me, "no, we can't do." She then says to me "no, we can't do it." Yeah, I know. I'm standing right here and can hear you! Now I'm even more annoyed so I tell her to renew me at their regular membership at $55 instead of $130. (Only because I'm not happy) She then notices my rebate check attached to my renewal invoice from the Executive membership and says "Well you only got $49 dollars back anyway and a lot of customers get thousands." She was basically saying I didn't need the Executive card and it was clear she was trying to take a jab at me since I downgraded membership. I'm sooo done at this point and know I'm about to lose my cool so I ignore her comment, and pay for my new basic membership. (I figured since they didn't want to waive the $10 increase I'd let them take a $55 hit instead. Yes, I know that a big company like Costco doesn't care, but I feel better!) I then ask for my daughters card while I dare her in my head to tell me no. Maybe it was the look on my face, but she handed it over, while mumbling about rules and about having to take a picture while pointing to some lady who I am guessing was her boss but I didn't care. Follow the rules ALL the time and treat everyone the same, or SHUT UP. **The only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of one is because the guy who checked me out was very pleasant. read more

i am very disappointed at the new management decisions made at Costco Business Center in Phoenix. Most everything I shop for my business has been discontinued. Monoflo Totes, A&W Rootbeer, kitchen utensils, metro shelving and accessories, Torani Syrup, Soft Serve Yogurt. I contacted the local Merchandise Manager and he explained that the new CEO has made it clear that if it doesn't move get rid of it. I've contacted Sams Club and they are able to order what I used to get from Costco Business, so long Costco!!! read more
