QT has taken the best thing about the stores and ruined it by removing the coffee urns and replace with machines. The coffee is bad, the choices are fewer and the machine are slow. I have quit going into QT for coffee and whatever else I might buy while in the store. read more

Best QT in the state!! Air pump works every time and not missing the copper piece that connects the hose to the tire. Restroom smells like roses and heaven per usual and last but not the least the griller item (hot dogs and taquitos) are always fresh! Not to mention fresher coffee then Starbucks as well ;) read more

Honestly my favorite place to go for gas and snacks. Workers are always friendly and I like how well organized it is.

I LOVE this QT!! They have really yummy fresh pizza plus it's made when you order it and it comes with a 2-liter of coke/Pepsi for FREE!! The customer service is always on point here, it's clean, they have pretty good scratches (I have won $100 twice) and I love the ice cream cones I would definitely recommend anyone to go here and get your daily munchies and lottery tickets read more

Horrible customer service! Equipment and debit/credit card pads that don't even work. Literally was asked to swipe my card several times at different pin pads until I said it wasn't worth it for just a drink and snack! I just tried returning 2 unopened products in Store #479 Northern Ave & 7th St in Phoenix only because I didn't need them and had recently purchased 1/16/2022 at the QUIKTRIP store #441 located at Rural Road & I-60 in Tempe, quite far from my home off Hwy 51 and Northern in Phoenix. But The Cashier said that he could not do the return and that I would need to go back to same store for my return he said it is Corporate Policy in order to keep track of inventory specific to each store. If this Cashier was correct, then it is clearly something which QT should be changing at a QUIKTRIP Cooperate level making all their Division Offices in sync so that all QT locations in your State are able to track a returned ITEM between one store to another when customer has Valid QUIKTRIP RECEIPT and not make their Customer waste their own time & money with such unreasonable cause. Making your customer return ONLY to the exact location in which the item was purchased is absolutely unacceptable. I think it is more than reasonable to ask that a Convenience store be convenient. read more

Here's my issue. The homeless are everywhere here. I have empathy but when the staff blatantly allows them to harass you in the parking lot while getting gas or allows them to beg for money literally right at the front door, I'm sorry it's not cool. To top it off, the sign on the door clearly says masks are required yet half the people in the store aren't wearing any. And that includes the very heavyset male cashier who has his hanging down under his nose as he's huffing and puffing for breath. This place was decent and it's really close to my house so it's irritating that it's been allowed to take such a nosedive. read more

I frequent this store a couple times a week and have to say the staff are excellent. They handle two customers at a time, greet everyone entering and a check in with you to make sure you're having a good day. Yes there are numerous homeless people but they don't bother me, and they shouldn't bother you. Have some compassion and give them a buck, they're going through a rough time. read more

The last place you would expect to find a leader exemplifying this value is a Gas Station Quicktrip has a very clear message * They are focused on service! * You are greeted the minute you walk in. * The premises are clean inside and out. * When customers are lined up they know how to take care of business!!!!! I saw someone review Quiktrip recently and I'm like "What a loser." Who would review Quiktrip? A life? Better things to do? No? Then my friend lost her job. I told her I'd buy her a drink. Especially if it could lead to a knob polishment for yours truly. So we were driving by QT and I knew I could get off way cheaper here than Durants. So I'm like, "Whatever your heart desires, fellow loser who can't hold a job." But while waiting for her to pick herself up off the floor (she slipped in her own salty tears), I noticed some incredible things. Penis-sized cheese tacquitos! My penis-sized mozzarella sticks. Significantly smaller and not quite as good but nevertheless satisfying to the undiscerning. It was clean. It was dangerous. Taquitos, hot dogs, endless condiments...this is a hungry man's paradise when you only want to spend a couple bucks and you don't have much time. Also appreciated is the COMPLETE LACK of shady people asking for money, homeless people gibbering about, etc. Why can't every other gas station (and convenience store!!) follow this trend and not allow any solicitation whatsoever? I believe when I die, heaven will look a little like this QT. Not any QT mind you, but this one. Why? Their selection of hot instant snackery seems to go on forever. I've grown used to a world where my quick stop options are a hot dog or some cleverly named toquito, but this place has chicken strips slowly rotated over the grill in buffalo sauce, red hots, corn dogs, tomales, it's more than I can bear, but the best without question is the Jalapeno and cheese sausage roll. It's a symphony of delicious. Spicy, juicy, but with a tint of sweetness in the outer roll. And my toppings aren't limited to mustard, there is a much larger than averyage collection of toppings including some fancy mustards and seasonings. Their drink selection includes everything including the elusive "Purple Stuff" and their frozen drink selection includes blue raspberry. A must. Recommendation? Not a good place. My gas pump kept stopping over and over I finally just stopped without filling up. Amanda the clerk at lead register an employee since '11, would say hello when the door opened but did not look up to make eye contact with customers that she 'greeted'. While I was at the register she finally looked up from what I guess was her smartphone to ask me if I wanted anything else after handing my card to her. She did not offer me a receipt and quickly found other things for her attention. I am sorry I was such a bother Amanda. When she responded to things I was reminded of my lessons regarding Pavlov and his experiments. (Search Pavlov'sDog). It has to do with automatic response to stimulus, she was like an automaton no feeling just automated lackluster responses. Will make a point to NOT revisit this store. read more

I have caught myself on more than one occasion raving to friends in other cities about them, and while realizing I must sound completely ridiculous, I'm also realizing they haven't gotten to experience a QuickTrip! I love that they offer fresh brewed iced tea, huge cup sizes, 3 different kinds of ice, a million types of sodas, amazing coffee drinks, yummy individual iced cakes, and cheap gas. Food is good even though they always get it wrong. This location has gone downhill since the new day manager (Randy) took over. He has really screwed things up. He comes off so rude. You can tell the employees are unhappy. Everyone used to be very pleasant in this QT. To top it all off, The restrooms are filthy! It's sickening! This is a busy spot. Many homeless people around. Ratchet, ratchet, ratchet. A lot of their equipment is typically out of order including the pumps and air machine. The staff is typically either rude or they just don't care. It's honestly really dirty and the bathrooms have had butt plugs and syringes in them MANY times. Way too many homeless people trying to solicit and random guys trying to sell you perfume in the gas lanes. I can't believe that Quiktrip actually puts their name on this location because this place is way below the standards that I've seen at other locations, and I've seen better QT stores in Mesa and Maryvale than this one. read more
