I often stop here for gas when we are in the area, and if time permits, we also go to the warehouse to pick up what we need or see what new items they have in stock. I like this location because it is less crowded than the ones closer to us, and it often has items on sale that I do not see at the others. During this particular visit, after filling up the gas tank, I bought a couple of bags of my breakfast cereal, Quaker Simply Granola, which was on sale, and a bottle of Johnnie Walker Black Label for a friend who loves scotch. On our way to the cashier, I connected with my other half, and she found a couple of Levi's pants she liked. Between the sale items and a few unexpected finds, it turned out to be a productive stop. read more

I love Costco for many reasons: great deals on clothes, food, gift cards, and appliances; a full garden area; and the fact that our Costco carries local wines and offers great deals on wines and other liquors. And the gas station is always a winner; sometimes it's crazy busy, but it's also very efficient with its setup. I just paid $6.39 a gal, omg, we are all suffering right now with gas prices. Even though it's rarely a great idea to come on coupon day lol, and don't forget the $1.50 hot dog and Coke, you cannot beat it. I got one today, perfect And I've been a member forever lol my dad put me on his eventually I got my own membership totally worth it, I'm black card so I get my dues paid and have a little present 2% cash back and it's just my hubby and me and we still stop to get our regular must haves. Recently, I've been going to Costco more because they have things I like on sale. I also love that Costco now has more Asian food options, and when they're on sale, the prices are so good. I saw har gow on sale today, and I'll definitely get them next time once I make some space in my freezer lol. Today I went to grab eggs and just browse around, and I saw this mocha crunch cake it looked amazing . Even though I wasn't celebrating anything, I still ended up getting it lol. Last time, they had a tiramisu cheesecake that was so good, but sadly it was only seasonal. I think I got it around Feb 2025, and I really hope it comes back. Overall, the Rohnert Park Costco is less busy, which is nice, because the one on Santa Rosa Ave is always too crowded, hard to find parking, and has longer cashier lines. read more

Yolanda Q. In the pharmacy was so rude!! She didn't greet us, she didn't ask us what we needed, just stared at us when we walked up, so to begin the conversation we asked if we needed to scan our member ship first to which she said "Duh". DUH?? I cannot think of a scenario where i would ever tell a customer "duh" as a response. She was rude the entire time. I think a lot of employees at Costco work really hard to be nice and try to keep a positive experience for their customers because i think we can all agree that Costco can be overwhelming. Pinza dough made of rice flour, soy flour, etc . So less gluten. Both types of dough are baked in a pizza oven, but pinsa is cooked at a lower temperature for longer. Tire center review: I have had tires installed and repaired here multiple times. On Tuesday October 7th, I dropped my car off for a 445PM appointment. As always, I am told "We will give you a call when it's done." One would think this is the obvious thing to happen. The tire center closes at 830. I had not recieved a call by 8PM and began calling them - no answer 3 times. I figured "Maybe they just couldn't get to it today..." I called the next morning and asked for an update when they opened and their response was "yeah... all work is done the same day so we do not keep cars overnight. Your car has been ready." The right answer would have been "I'm sorry we didn't call you last night after we finished your car like we are supposed to do. But your car is ready to go now." I understand they are busy and that nobody wants to work as a tire tech... but that is inexcusable. read more

Costco tire and battery department has a serious issue. It used to be they would sell you a battery and if it had a problem they would replace it. Now what they do is they make you wait 20 minutes until a quote manager" is available to put a little tester on. The battery, is likely to tell you the battery can't be replaced... But if it can be then you prorate the amount and get a new battery and are told that you probably can't bring that battery back. If you can get much better treatment at other locations of for battery sales. In our case we ended up getting good treatment but it was because Patrick the manager intervened. Okay, you shouldn't have to go get a manager to get good treatment at Costco. For every other part of Costco, we would give it five stars. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Been a Costco member for nearly 20yrs. Love Costco. Spend 15-20k per yr at this store, including about $5k in tires in less than 2yrs. Most recent experience, getting tires I purchased installed on my 2017 Camaro 2SS on 05/30/26. First issue, they did not reset the TPMS after install. Had to go back into the tire shop after pick up to advise my display had warning to Service Tire Monitor System..... Like how do you get in the car to remove from Bay back to parking lot and NOT NOTICE THIS HUGE WARNING????? After tech comes out and TWO times had to RELEARN TPMS, once up, Rear Passenger tire, ONLY 24lbs pressure, supposed to by 35lbs. And the WORST of ALL. The damaged the F out of my rear drivers side rim which I did not notice until following morning. Went back to Tire Shop to point out damage, they try to say it was like that when I left it there. The car is 9yrs old with only 15k miles, garage kept, hand washed. I looked at those rims 3x in the week before purchasing the tires and install, the most recent the evening before the appt when making sure I had the lug key if required. I am now having to file incident reports and try to get resolutions/repair/replacement of my damaged rim. I cannot convey my utter disappoint and disgust at the shear incompetence. I could have dealt with someone coming clean and admitting the error. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Part of my purchase include tire service for the duration of the warranty. I will NEVER allow that shop to EVER touch one of my vehicles again. AND I WILL NEVER PURCHASE Tires from COSTO EVER AGAIN. BEWARE PEOPLE. Food court. Today 5/9/25. Attempted to phone in pizza order at 1030. No answer. Arrived at 1050 and was informed they would not be able to provide me with 5 pizzas at 1145. They already had an order for 1130 and 1145. She offered 1155. I said ok. She took my number and said she would phone when ready. I came up to counter at 1145 and they said they would be calling out pizza orders and to stand next to pizza area. At 1200 I inquired about my order. They had been ready and sitting on COUNTER!!!! I asked why MY number wasn't called out or my phone and she just replied it probably was. I've been to the Costco a handful of times and it seems like the neighborhood is constantly changing! Along the backside there is a new hotel and condo/apartment complex being built and that's where the gas station is. The layout is a little odd since the Costco seems to be in a L shape With the gas station at one point and the store almost on the corner with more parking on the shorter side of the L shape. Needless to say, I'm glad to see all the nice local vendors, especially the Sonoma wines that are offered at this particular Costco. I will be back again for gas as well as swinging by Amy's drive-through since they have delicious organic and vegan items! I swear Amy's drive-through is as good as in and out without the heavy feeling of meat. Lol. read more

I do not recommend Rohnert Park Costco food court. They are way too busy. We called our order ahead of time and have been waiting hecka long past the expected pick up time with other people walking away with our same order that got here AFTER us and the dude is super snappy and rude but understandable because they are soooooo busy they all look miserable and can't possibly be paid enough to move this fast. But I probably should've ordered anywhere else for pizza and just paid more. At least it's clean in here so that's good. Can't wait for Santa Rosa to be open again. read more

I have always chosen R.P costco over SR. Mostly because it's always less packed. This facility is always clean, costumer service is always on point, and they always have what I need. Like everything else, prices have gone up, from a carton a eggs, milk, to vitamins and shaving cream. However, when you buy in bulk, you get your $$$ stretched just a little more. It's also convenient that I can grab a bite to eat at their food court and fill up my car on the way out. In my experience, I always try to go earlier in the week, preferably in the am when there's less people and the lines aren't as big to pay. read more

I personally love Costco and they are the absolute best when you have something that you are either not satisfied with or has broken. Their customer service is way above par and one of the best business models that I have ever seen. Move stuff around, make people search for something they just got last week, but is in a different spot and even as the cart grows all of the customers have a smile on their face. All Costco's are different and they all have many similarities. If you can't find something at the Costco you are at that doesn't mean that the Costco in the next city won't have it. Costco Tires Arrived for my 4 pm appointment for set of new tires. Was told it would take 45 minutes. At 1.5 hours I asked what is going on with my car. Was just told it will be another 45 minutes. This is my favorite local Costco for all my Costco needs. I especially prefer this Costco for their Gasoline services. I like that you have a choice in lanes to pump, each lane has 3 pumps. Above the entrance of each lane is a screen that tells you which lane is available and which lane is not - I love this feature especially because sometimes it's difficult to see ahead. I recommend entering through the back entrance as it's easier to get into the gasoline station. read more
