Costco hit a homerun with the combo. Lemon Blueberry struesal loaf. You know those grape sized blueberries? Yes, those. Take a bazillion of those ginormous superberries, a touch of zesty, perky lemon freshness, bake that into the lightest muffin dough. No, lighter than that one you thought of. This is super fluffy. Think of the trendiest gourmet bakery bread, then quadruple their best effort. Costco did the heck out of this. I was actually grinning at how amazing this taste is. I am breaking out my flattop tomorrow, cutting off inch thick slices, heating up the top, toasting slices. Nothing added, maybe a light light drizzle of avacdo oil, but I doubt it needs to to not stick. Do not let this get by you. Please. We went through assisted checkout. We had 2 of one item and asked the checkout person if he'd scanned both. We asked him twice. He said yes both times. Lo and behold, when we checked out the girl who checked our receipt insinuated we were stealing. Horrifying. She told us we would have to go through checkout again. We left the item with it. Costco, we have bought so many things from you. We will never come back and will tell all our vast friend group. You suck at customer service. Executive club membership cancelled. read more

I've never been disappointed with purchases at Costco. That said there's one exception. The brisket we bought there for Christmas dinner was nearly all fat. We cooked it on our Traeger as we have done many times. When it was fully cooked and sliced the fat was all the way through with only a thin streak of meat. We had to make an emergency trip to Walmart for precooked brisket. 7 lbs was $120. read more

Yesterday I had the worst experience EVER at Costco. I called in a pizza order at 6:00 pm and I show up at Costco at 6:15pm I go buy some socks and pay. Then I go to the food court and pay for my pizza and let the young lady know I'm there and I paid. She perseeds to let me know they never started on my pizza but she would do it now. I get a bit frustrated because what is the point of calling in ahead. I sit and wait 20 min, I go back up to ask where my pizza is at? She goes to the back and the ladies in the back never put it in. So she says it's gonna be another 20 min, at this point I had enough I ask for the manager. The manager is rude from the beginning takes a look at me and says her ( I figure she means it because I am Mexican) So she comes up to me and tells me there's nothing she can do because it's Kansas law they can only wait on me for 30 min before they get rid of a pizza, I then give her timeliness and facts and she replies rudely I let her know not to talk to me like that she gets mad. Refunds my money but tosses it at me. This lady is a liar and disrespectful and thought that just because I was mexican, I was going to allow her to talk down on me!! Wrong Costco do better I might just start taking my business to SAMS Club.. This was the worst service I ever received here!! And my son saw everything.. Thanks to the kind people at customer service for listening to what I said because there were a lot of upset customers last night. read more

I love costco. I was coming to town and asked my dad if he would take me. #1. I was out of collagen peptides. You really can't find a better deal on Vital Proteins. 2. My dad is ALWAYS down for a trip to costco. Need a basic T? Costco. A giant bag of chicken nuggets? Costco again. Apparently a banging deal on a slice of pizza or a hotdog? Costco again. Add that to excellent service, plenty of parking, and so many samples...it is an excellent way of spending a couple of hours. I do not really have bulk buying needs, but I am always down for a little detour to this warehouse. read more

I have used Costco gas in many places across the country in this particular place it was clean and well attended with staff available to help you no matter what type of situation you may need from forgetting your card to trouble at the pump.  Costco has lots of things for the consumer to feel good about 1st of all the quality of their gas is excellent especially for the price point and I really need premium and it's anywhere from 10 to 20 cents a gallon less than is in the general market. It's a great value. The quality of their goods are also excellent in the store.   Including lots of organic food in the crazy value of their $5 roasted chicken just like a miniature turkey. But most important they pay a livable wage for their average employees including health care and benefits and I always want to support a large port a large retail Box store that does this type of thing. Generally they have excellent covid 19 practices. read more

This will cover mostly my recent experience with their Tire department. So I received an email about their tire offerings. If you didn't buy the tires through them, they offer: balance, rotate, reset TPMS, and nitrogen purge for about $37 which is a bargain compared to other places that charge $50-100 for the same service. Called earlier in the week and schedule a time to come in. Walked into Costco, gave them my keys and they immediately worked on it. Walked around the store and they gave me a call about my car. Went to talk with Tyler the tire technician whom was working on my car to tell me a few concerns about my car. Come to find out the last place I took my car over torqued the bolts on my wheels from the recommended 115ft/tq to the range of 150+. He mentioned because they were over torqued that he could possibly break some of the lug nuts and wanted to let me know if I should allow him to continue or stop work. Appreciated this and told him I was okay if he attempted to use the breaker bar to unbolt the nuts. He was able to successfully remove them, but suggested to replace the stock clad cover nuts (which are crap to begin with because they aren't solid nuts, so they can swell and cause issues) with solid lug nuts. Had him price them out and they offered the set for .48/ea which came out to 9.60 to replace all 20. I was OK with that. Tyler kept me informed during the whole process and pointed out mistakes that Tires Plus did that were done incorrectly and assured me that he would correct their mistakes and wanted to let me know. I highly recommend Costco members to take advantage of their services as they are affordable and their techs are highly knowledgeable and keep you informed. read more

I'm new to being a member of a club store so it took about three visits for me to wrap my brain around shopping here. My first check in here was a bit overwhelming but BOOM, now I get it. Buy big save big. We did need to designate some extra space in our pantry and basement for a little overflow storage. We found the best name brand and store brand products at great prices. The store is laid out nicely, aisles are wide and easy to navigate, also one of the cleanest stores I've seen. I noticed as we were leaving the gas station on the edge of the lot, gas prices are 10 to 15 cents cheaper than others around town. The super helpful employees and customer service they provide is fantastic. read more

Do not get your tires here! Customer service is terrible! They didn't know where one of my tires went and made me wait it out until it would just magically show up! That never happened! I had to beg them to order me a new one! Once they got all four in they said I needed to pay again since they canceled my first order. They wanted me to pay again before I got a refund for the previous one! Absolutely ridiculous!! read more

What's not to love about Costco. The deals are great and people actually like their jobs. Turns out that if you take care of your employees, they seem to treat customers better. Their return policy is by far the best. You can return for really any reason. This makes it easy to try new things and not worry about the returns (obviously shouldn't be abused). Love this place. Had them and sams club and would choose Costco every time. read more

This place is absolutely amazing! Not only do they have a really good deals on everything that you need,especially if you have a big family, but everybody here is very friendly very helpful!! they are properly staffed to where you can always find somebody and don't have to go looking. I'm an executive member and since I upgraded I got all these free coupons including one for this delicious pizza that looks absolutely amazing!! Never going to any other store EVER!!! I have to say, I kinda love this place more then Sams. They have similar items and there are reasons I do still go Sams but they offer great deals on other items. Also, the sign on bonus deals they offer are great! I wish I had gotten a Costco membership sooner. They provide a better price on Gas and have the best rotisserie chicken ever! The only thing I usually do not buy from here is produce because it actually can get expensive and I also don't need that much bulk of it. The customer service is great here and it nice to know they take care of their employees which in return the customers can enjoy because the employees work hard to provide the best service possible. If I lived closer to Sams instead of Costco I would probably not own a Costco membership, but with it right there down the street and on my way home every day it is totally worth it. I would suggest the executive membership if you own a home and are a family of 2 or more. Check out all their other amazing benefits because they have a LOT to offer. read more

We love Costco. About a year ago when Costco come to Wichita, my wife and I got a membership, and we love it. Many years ago, we had a Sam's Club membership, and used it maybe twice and let it expire. We were not impressed at all. Costco we go to once or twice a month and just look forward to getting out there. Almost a fun date! In fact, we are getting ready to go there today. This Costco has the nicest employees out of all the Costcos I've been to (LA, Toledo, KC)! Even the gas station helpers are so friendly and they make a point to thank you for stopping by. This place is never as busy as the Costco in LA, but I suspect because it's new and it is kind of in the middle of nowhere. Nevertheless, the store is always clean and well-stocked. There aren't as many food samples as the ones back home, but you can't be too choosy when you are in Kansas. One minor annoyance is the clothing selection is definitely on the low quality/not so fashionable side. read more

We are new customers to Costco and we drove from Edmond, OK to this Wichita location. I cannot tell you enough how kind everyone was. Speaking to local friends, they agreed the drive to Wichita was worth it. The meat department and produce was clean. The selection of items were great! It was a treat. I will say the only part that was a little confusing was at the checkout we were told we got coupons for being new customers, however since we established our membership online before going we didn't qualify for the new member coupons. That was new information for our checker as well, but at least he tried to save us a little. So I guess if you want the coupons to join up at the store itself. read more
