Went shopping here for the first time today and as always I was racially profiled as a thief. Everytime I go to the check out line the representative standing there who is supposed to be watching everyone forgets that everyone else is there and focuses on just me. Even with my baby girl I am still seen as a thief due to the color of my skin. Pls Costco learn to have your employees treat all people the same regardless of color. Thieves are not only black people but can be of any race. Stop singling one race out and eyeing us because you think we steal. I am a veteran and have no reason whatsoever to steal. I am tired of coming out and being racially profiled. Pls do better. That wait is finally over and Costco is finally built. Location wise, I wish it was near the HEB end where BJ is located as there is more land and less congestion. Unfortunately, near Clements there are only 1 way road to get in and out of Costco. I went during opening day at around 3:00pm when everyone is out of school. Gas stations, they have 4 pumps down and I was able to get gas really quickly even though I went during prime time. Inside is really nice, they will not have the items they want to get rid of yet since it is still new, but they have a lot of stuff I never seen and I went really crazy over buying snacks and ice cream. There were a lot of samples there too. Drinks I could not find them at other Costcos. The food court is nice as well. They have a lot of stuff there and I spent an hour looking around and having fun. Hard part was figuring out what to get rid of and not to buy. It was a good experience. read more

Costco in Forney now! Everything looking brand new and hopefully stays that way considering the area that it's in. It'll be nice not having to make a 17mile/40 minute trip into Rockwall. Traffic around this area is already completely horrendous. When it opens, it will be hell trying to get out of this place. One lane roads each way is laughable and just doesn't make any sense. It's not their fault, but the city and Tx Dot have to do better in planning, which they never have to begin with. read more

Nathan at the food court was rude and inefficient. ordered half cheese half peperoni and watched him cut our pizza, box it, and sit it down. Handed out at least 10 other pizzas, then gave us ours practically cold, 15 minutes later. He also asked me for a receipt once he called my number, but interestingly enough he didnt ask anyone else - when I asked him why, he said "people steal food". so apparently I look like someone who steals food but the lady and couple that got their pizza right before me didnt. overall poor management of the food court. Was excited when this Costco opened in our town but looks like I will either start going to Rockwall again or cancelling and go to BJ's instead. Bad job Nathan, do better. read more

Great wholesale club! Staff was great, spacious, great deals! Overall had a good experience at the new Forney location
