Visited for the first time on Black Friday to buy some food for a church event and it was super empty, so we zoomed through the warehouse to find what we needed (namely unsliced roast beef at a much better price than other deli counters in the area + nice-ish plastic cups). No gas station and no food court but that's not what the business center is for; I will definitely be back in the future when prepping to feed large quantities of people, because the selection & price of things like single-use utensils/cups/plates/bowls/etc as well as bulk produce/dairy/meats is much better here than at the normal warehouses. It's a bit further for us than our normal grocery haunts but definitely serves its purpose well. read more

Mehh, at first I thought this Costco had just opened or that it was only for the Business members. There are not a lot of cars in the parking lot and definitely not even close to the amount of shoppers you'd expect to see during the week of Thanksgiving when I went. They did have the majority of things I wanted (and some things I didn't like a whole frozen lamb!) They have a lot of Halal food here which I thought was interesting. No food court, electronics, clothing, books, dog food/toys, bakery, gas, flowers, no pharmacy, no tire center. It's a lot simpler and no fuss at this Costco. And even though that is a MAJOR plus for me, I need more food options, gas, and be able to fill up my tires so I'll continue to go to my local Costco. read more

Most recent visit had some mixed impressions. The place was not nearly as crowded during the time I visited compared to other Costco stores so that's a big plus. Parked closest I've ever parked and I wasn't even trying. On the flip side though, immediately got confronted by a homeless guy asking for cash. Maybe enforce no solicitors better here may go a long way. So the aisles and store was quite empty so didn't need to be bogged down by oblivious customers inside taking up space. However the one thing I came to actually get.. they did not have. It's the Biologique Organic Olive Oil. I mean what's the point of carrying this normally if you don't have it when I'm there. So that was a big disappointment. It forced me to spend money on other things to justify my long trip there. They had multiple EXIT signs leaving so it's not clear what the actual EXIT is for someone who doesn't frequent this store much. Maybe don't open the EXIT fenced area during operating hours. read more

Before you ask, ANYONE with a Costco membership can shop here! I thought you need to have a business, but nope, they welcome everyone! This location is so hidden that the way to the parking lot was through some small streets and potholes. It felt like they don't want regular shoppers to know about them unless you really search it up. I never heard of a Costco Business Center until my mom wanted crab meats, and regular Costco doesn't sell them. The online website said they sell them, but you need to order $250 worth of food to get free shipping. I don't need that much food so I decided to visit the location myself. I was surprised to see all the amazing snacks and drinks that they offer. The selection is huge!! They have all kinds of chocolates, beef jerky, drinks, chips, and more. They don't have a food court, tire center, gas station, or alcohol sections like the regular Costco since it's catered to businesses mainly. I was able to stock up on some snacks that I didn't know Costco offered, and also canned crab meats for my mom. The store is the same size as a regular Costco, but less crowded. If you're looking for pantry snacks and groceries, I would highly recommend coming here. Prices are the same as regular Costco, they just have more variety and bulk. They even have a whole lamb for sale in the freezer section. Check-out was super fast because there was barely anyone on a weekday. read more

We live far from Costco (2hours) so when we go into the big city we stock up. The regular Costcos are fine, but if you're going for essentials THIS is the place to go.. not only do they have vast varieties of meats and produce, they have equipment, frozen foods, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies and much more. We were there on a weekend and the lines were long, however a manager opened a lane for us. On the way out I remembered I'd forgotten to get ice, so I asked the customer service desk if I could buy a bag there. They obliged but the cashier couldn't remember the number for ice. She asked the other cashier (who was apparently her boss) and he said, "don't worry about its on me." I was happily surprised and said, "are you sure?" He said,"yep." And called out the guy guarding the door , "I'm ok with this bag of ice." It was customer service at its finest. Nothing spoiled on the drive home We will frequent this Business Costco more often. If you look up Business Costco in Apple Maps it points out a couple of them. The one in Rockwell is a regular Costco not business. I absolutely love the Costco business center. We own several vending machines, and it was so nice to finally find a place with bigger sized chips in comparison to what you find at the regular Costco or a Sam's. What's even better is it's never crowded and I'm always in and out when I need to get my items. My 2 "small" gripes are their drink selection is limited, so I do have to go to another store to purchase some of the drinks we put into the machine for our clients and, they only take Mastercard as a credit card. The employees are very nice and the manager even remembers our business name when I see him; I appreciate the personal touch. I find many products to be less expensive than Sam's, too. The Costco Business Center is amazing! As you can see in some of my pics, they sell even more unique items as they are geared toward restaurants and businesses. Here are the biggest differences/tips: - You do not have to own a business to come here. People think you do, but trust me, you don't. - They do sell alot more Halal type items than a regular Costco. This doesn't relate to me, but it was nice seeing that this Costco caters toward others as well. - They sell large items geared toward restaurants and businesses, so if you need these type of items, this is the place to come to. Couple of downsides: 1. There is only one location, and this location is pretty far for me. 2. The hours are tough. Note the difference in hours between this location and the other Costcos. 3. The special sales here are different than other Costcos, so you cannot view these on your app. I highly recommend coming to this place when you have the time. I am sure you will leave buying something. read more

Anyone with a Costco membership can shop here, even though it says "Business Center." There are a few key things that you won't find here or there are a lot less options compared to a traditional Costco - electronics, car/auto, pharmaceuticals, gasoline, and alcohol. Some things that do stand out here are restaurant/business grade ingredients for sale and a plethora of snacks that come in individually wrapped packages for great portion control. While there are some items that are missing, this is the closest Costco to us, and we'll happily continue to come (and make the occasional drive to a further Costco for electronics for car/auto things). read more

Not necessarily all of the things that you would find at a normal Costco. However, they have a lot more selection for any business requirements like large sizes and industrial grade appliances, and cookware. They need to work on customer service. Help customers load products if they are buying a lot. Everytime I go there I ask for help and they say they'll help you outside but all the cart attendants are just running around recovering cars and not helping other customers who have a lot on their cart. I love this store! Great for small business supplies. Always friendly and helpful service. Quicker in and out than the regular Costco. Has different inventory, so don't expect all the usual home items. Does have other things that businesses might use, especially food service supplies and equipment. read more

Came in to sign up for home/business. Customer service Paul made sure to finish putting together an order before helping the two of us in person. He seemed annoyed that I wanted to sign up and tried to tell me that this location is catered to businesses mostly. But I could still do my personal shopping. Come to find out both myself and my business only use a master card so we can't sign up. But he was just overall the most unpleasant person and was more than happy to just have me not sign up. read more

Ever dream of starting your own restaurant? Or how about just wanting your own commercial kitchen. Well Costco Business has finally opened in Dallas! There are only 17 of these in the US. If you've got a Costco membership then you can shop here. It is like most Costcos except it focuses towards business customers. Sooo... no gas station, no food court (boo), no photo, no pharmacy, etc. Those are the negative aspects of the business centers. But can pick up a lot of things you can't find also. Like a full size bbq trailer to up your brisket game. Or a commercial panini press to relive your European adventures. One final note that I only realized once here. Came looking to buy a commercial freezer like you'd find in restaurants. But most commercial kitchen equipment here will state that "home use voids warranty" so keep that in mind. read more

This Costco is so different compared with the ones that we normally go to. This is more towards to business owners. * Less crowed, close to Dallas. * More individual packaging stuff, such as single used toothpaste type of hotel supplies * So much options for gum selections * No food court * Easy to find things * not that much electronics * I found lots of things that I haven't seen at other Costco * Put that ORANGE JACKET on if you go to the Dairy/ Beef room. We had hopes to find certain snack food but not available at least for now. We did score a package of sanitizing wipes which nobody had for months. See photo. My husband could not find a lot of the staple items we normally purchase from Costco like mixed nuts, coconut clusters, jerky, Sara Lee bread, etc. Costco badly needs stores in Central/South and East Dallas. read more

The Costco Business Center is different. It's tailored more for businesses, but they still have a great selection as other Costco Wholesales. Probably even better selections for some specific items. I did find a tin of infant formula I've been looking for, at a great price for its size. Some employees do try to avoid you when trying to ask a quick question, so took a star off. read more
