We ordered pizza from here for my son's birthday party. It was very easy and stress free. You have to pre-order and pay for it at least 24 hours before. You tell them the date and time you'll come to pick it up and it's all set. Make sure to keep the receipt with the order number. We ordered 20 pizzas (my wife went overboard; we are still eating the leftovers). I showed up at the specified time and they were all ready and waiting. Well, almost. The last one was coming off the oven. Very reliable. read more

This Costco is pretty much like every other Costco I've been to in PR and the US. Pain in the ass traffic in the parking lot, but once inside, it is great. I find it easy to lose myself just browsing around. I like their wine selection. The food court here is indoors. I like they have the option to self-order if your paying with credit card. I've never had to return anything and rarely interact with employees save for paying, so I can't really speak of the customer service. I also haven't used their auto center to compare with that of others. But as I said, this is your average Costco. If your a fan, you should like this one. This Costco doesn't have a gas station. read more

I had to sneak in through the membership counter and steal a cart while pretending not to know my wife while we shopped social distances. One member per card is Arroz con Culo. Costco and Fat Wanda Vasquez should be ashamed to treat us boricuas this way. read more

I'm a huge Costco fan and this is one good location. You can find a great beer, wine & liquor selection. Make sure you are looking at wine ratings to select the best product. The food selection is also really nice, especially if you need to buy bulk for a party. The DVD/video gaming section is lacking compared to what it used to be. The only thing that drives me nuts at this place is all the people blocking the areas with their empty carts why they try all the food samples offered in the store. It's like they come here to eat and not shop. The parking is also a bit small for the volume of people shopping here. Avoid coming here on weekends because it gets very crowded. read more

Usually I am a die-hard fan of Costco but MAN many employees here have attitude and are just ball busters especially the supervisors (power trip) and the return center/customer service employees. The parking lot is inadequate with two entrances but only one exit (avoid this place like the plague on the weekends!). Visited the eye center with my mom who speaks broken Spanish (but enough to get by) and the woman at the counter was barking at my mom, demanding a receipt when everyone knows at Costco you can look up anything by membership card. I had to intervene as this 30 year old woman had no respect for my 60+ year old mother -- who was simply trying to get her glasses repaired since apparently the anti-glare coating was not applied. The woman refused to even hear my mom out and after an agonizing 25 minutes my mom left defeated and a bit upset. Other areas of the store fared better - and the folks who man the sampling stations are awesome. I agree with the other reviewer who commented that so many folks crowd the stores with empty unused shopping carts. The worst part of the store? The line for the café --- it was 20 people deep and took 38 minutes for us to order a simple batch of French Fries - and they were super stale to boot! Unfortunately this Costco is super near my parents' house else they prefer going to the one in Carolina. Again, as a super loyalist of Costco stores in Chicago, I am appalled that this Costco survives any mystery shopping litmus test from Costco Corporate. 2 stars for being large and conveniently located. 1 star for everything else. read more
