However, regardless of the crowds and chaos, for the majority Puerto Ricans still manage to be polite and friendly, and maybe it's merely an island attitude, one of which i encountered living in Hawaii and the Philippines too. I got petrol at this Costco when it first opened without any issues. Pretty quick process, and these folks don't mind pumping on the other side of the station, and back home, people refuse to pump on the opposite side.
