I enjoy going to this Costco, we go here for certain staples, some spices, cereals, canned tuna and chicken. There always seems to be something new. The free samples are always great, and we love taking something pre-made home for dinner, like a well-priced rotisserie chicken, chicken noodle soup, the Cesar salad etc.. The housewares are great too, this last trip we got a great step stool for 35.00. We always gas up when we're here too! It's the best price in town and the line moves quickly. Yesterday we went to Costco and purchased a Thomasville couch. It was such a nice and easy experience! Gabe helped us at check out. We were taking the couch home in our truck and had to make two trips. Gabe arranged everything and even when the check out was taking a while at the merchandise/returns desk he took us to open register to get us on our way! Amazing customer service Gabe!!! Thank you!! We've been Costco members for well over 30 years. With the exception of the Tucson eastside location we have been very satisfied. Maybe the others have issues too but the Eastside on Grant Rd has been consistently horrible over the last decades and especially since the cov fiasco. All over Arizona, California, New Mexico, Colorado....fantastic experience. We have been told that this is the busiest Costco in the world yet the company as never really moved to relieve the pressure and build more locations in Tucson.....only rumors to quell the complaints it seems. I give the floor people tons of credit for working so hard whilst their managers act like complete morons and consistently p*ss off members with long lines and limited registers open. This has been very very VERY consistent over the years. Since cov, the memberships have probably doubled or nearly so it seems. I'd really like to know if this location is breaking fire codes and putting my family in danger on a typical Friday- Sunday. When you cannot easily find an available cart nor navigate those wide isles...it makes me wonder (at minimum). The absolute blunder is the Auto/Tire Center at this location. You can just forget walking in and dropping a grand on some tires. Noooooo....Costco doesn't want that (it's too easy). Their arrogance suggests that you WILL wait and wait and wait since they are the "best" deal in town. Oh, just make an "appointment"?? You will still wait....and wait. AND you will be told to ignore the "Appointments" line and get to the back of the actual customer line. Why Costco; why don't you treat tire/battery customers the same as Vision, Bakery, Foodcourtpizza or any other department?? Please Lord Costco, hire more Auto center employees. This has been the biggest craw in my neck and I keep falling for it. I must admit, I have been visiting Discount Tire more often in recent years (since we have numerous vehicles in our fleet) but there's a few issues there too. Bottom line - These big box stores have just continued to get more and more arrogant. They really just do not care about the customer's shopping experience. To be fair, the employees are doing the best they can. Costco is just trying to milk it 'till something breaks....because we members saw the value years ago and were hooked. Worst Costco ever I think it may be more the patrons than the place not sure but rude and act like they're the only ones in the store never experienced this at Costco. Then I even went through the self checkout and a kid named Isaiah who worked there was so rude. I couldn't believe he was even employed there. I simply asked if there were any boxes around prior to checking out at the self checkout and he said "you have to go over there to get them" and pointed somewhere but I was next so I didn't wanna hold the other person up so I just went. He could've gotten a box by the time I was done with my stuff for me. But maybe that's not his job which seem like most people's attitude in there "not my job". Came in and put an order in a future pick up order for 8 pizzas with the cashier at the food court. Unfortunately when I called a few days before my pickup to confirm my order they couldn't find it. Thankfully they were able to put my order in and my pizzas were ready and waiting for me at the scheduled time. The pizzas feed a lot of people at a good price. If you're placing a large order you should place the order in advance and I recommend calling a few days before to confirm. read more

It's your typically costco gas station. Downside is always that it's usually busy except for super early in the AM or weird times near closing. They posted new hours so I figured I'd share and actually comment about this location. It would be really cool if they had a car wash, like the one in Seattle SoDo but alas they do not. Out of the three Costcos around the Tucson area, this location is the best one to visit. The flow of the store makes the most sense, which is especially important to me. Costco's new Executive hour is AWESOME!!!!!! Not a single person at the checkout at 9:15 am and the warehouse was easy to navigate. We've been Executive level almost from the beginning of our Costco membership in 2006 and the extra money for the higher level has always paid us back. Also, I saw some people loading produce into a truck and wondered what was going on. Apparently this Costco donates food to the local charity. Yet another reason I love Costco. read more

This one is located off I-10 and S Kino Pkwy. So the location is very convenient. However, it is super crowded, even worse than other Costcos. The setup of the gas station is poor, the entrance is very tight and hard for cars to get in and move toward the far end. Also the prices were not that cheap relative to other places. read more

This is a review for the gasoline station only. I greatly appreciate the gasoline attendants at this location. They are always vigilant and friendly. Ive seen them check for credit card skimmers at each stall. The lines can get long depending on the time of day and it can be difficult to turn into and out of the gas station due to its placement in the parking lot read more

I love shopping at Costco. They have almost everything I need whenever I go. It's also nice to buy everything in bulk because I tend to like to stock up on everything. Right before you enter the entrance, you scan your membership and then you're free to shop! The employees are also very friendly, so that's a plus. read more

I have loved Costco for many years but more and more the level of customer service has gone down and the food court is hit and miss. This picture is of a pepperoni slice I got tonight. I had them cover it so when I lifted the foil and had left this is what it looked like. It was NOT a half cheese half pepperoni slice. We couldn't find covers for the drinks, and all 3 or 4 of the lemonade dispensers was just giving us water or watery lemonade. :( just been unhappy lately with Costco. They sent me home on a flat tire. I have an 80,000 mile warranty, tires have 40k on them, came in for a slow leak, they told me they cannot fix as they're too worn down. And they won't honor the warranty because they're too worn down. Don't trust them. read more

There is plenty of stuff here! Sometimes I do wonder about the quality of the protein but overall, I think the place is ok. I'm not a huge fan of crowded places and this place gets busy, which my anxiety climbs. However I think this is something all Costcos have. read more

This Costco is always so busy. The employees aren't very friendly or approachable in my experiences. Recently, they have started asking to see your Costco ID before you get to self checkout. Why though? You show ID to get into Costco and have to use it to scan before you pay. While only a minor inconvenience, it really doesn't make sense and is quite annoying; especially after fighting through the constant crowds, no matter what time you go. read more

A bit hidden but relatively easy to access off of I-10, this Costco tends to have better fuel prices than the east side location. Just avoid lunchtime as the lines can be extra long. Otherwise, the same great service and goods as any other Costco! read more

We have purchased many Tv's and appliances online at Costco but for the first time we experienced the failure of a TV, a Sony 86" TV died a couple of months after the Mfg. warranty ran out, we are now under the 1-year Costco warranty and it also came with an Allstate 3-year warranty for a total of 5 years. We called customer service tech support on 9/6/25 and they ran some tests and declared it dead. They told us that we would have to make the TV assessable to service, I told a supervisor (Ryan) that we were in our 80's and could not do any heavy lifting. They sent a repair man out days latter on 9/14/25 and I told him that I had moved the credenza and TV out from the wall but could not lift it to the floor if needed, he said not to worry. He was an older man also and alone, the first thing he said was the TV would have to come down to the floor, this is a 86" TV over 100lbs no way he was going to get it down by himself, but he tried, and I had no choice but to step in to help before he dropped it. This caused major pain in an an already bad back. He then found out online that it did not have to come down. He was unable to fix it anyway. Nobody called us about the next step, so we called them on 9/18 /25. They said they would arrange a pickup and would return our money in 3 to 4 weeks after they received the TV back (are you kidding me), a few days later we called again, and no one had arranged the pickup, so we asked for them to do it now. We are now at 9/21/25 and the TV is still sitting here after16 days and counting & no one has contacted us about a pickup. THEY STILL HAVE OUR MONEY FOR SEVERAL MORE WEEKS & WE HAVE NO TV! NO IDEA WHEN THEY WILL PICKUP THE TV NOR WHEN WE GET THAT MONEY AND PLUS A BACKACHE! read more

Busy Costco in big retail center between park ave s and kino to the east bordering n of freeway 1-10. Big parking lot, gas center to north , entrance on Nw side of building . Efficient as all Costco's, checkout was quick on weekday mid afternoon. Good selection and customer service. Consistency is good business . read more
