Target  The 1st thing to remember is that everyone is struggling with staff and to be kind to the staff who are there in trying to help people. I found that staff were more than willing to help me and  would actually walk me to an area that I had questions about rather than just give me general directions and send me on my way. I also struggle with reaching for some water bottle Items that are difficult to get on the top shelf, and staff have always been willing to get them for me.  The store was clean and well organized. It was a typical Target. I use them as one of my "go to" places when I have an extended stay while traveling. Target has all kinds of products that are appropriate for young families.  My particular area of interest are their paper products and groceries.  It's where I go to get my bulk paper towels and my bulk Kleenex. This particular Target has a typical, well stocked grocery area they have all the items that you could ever need. They have increased there  ethnic food choices dramatically.They have high quality in fresh food, frozen food, and dry goods.  They have a great beverage selection, including water. Health drinks and wine and alcohol. I find that I can usually get in-and-out in a very timely manner. read more

As a wheelchair user i was delighted to see that the store was very accessible and all the staff were more than happy to help! Nancy checked us out at the register and was awesome! The brand of chips she recommended us are now one of our favorites in my family! The only downside to my visit was that the bathrooms were dirty but besides that everything was great! Target is a mixed bag, leaning negative. Positives: This particular location is clean and well-tended. Their hours are convenient. Negatives: Many of the items can be found for better prices elsewhere. This isn't a store that will save you money. When they have a sale, you'll find that other items you get while shopping will cost you a bit more on the margins. I'm assuming that's their business model to make profits. Give the appearance of being discounted by discounting a handful of items, but then charge a bit more on everything else. Avoid getting the Target credit card. They make it difficult to close the account. They are aggressive about not closing your account, so be prepared to tell them to close it. read more

I just went in Target to purchase two bags of ice. This was my first and last time in this Target. I stopped at customer service, which was. Joy in the least busy, and asked if they had ice. They said yes, and I asked if I could just pay them for it. Two employees just looked at me as if they didn't understand English. I walked of and turned around and I said, "Thanks for no customer service!" This type of behavior is completely unacceptable. If they had only responded, either, "Yes, I will be happy to ring your ice up", or, "No, we cannot do that function here at the non-customer service desk." However, I got nothing from them, as if they did not understand English, which they obviously do, since they answered my first question! Respect yourselves and respect your customers! We always find something at Target. I like to say I don't go with a list, I let target tell me what I need. Today was no difference. We love heading to the dollar section first and walking slowly down each aisle. Always finding an amazing deal or something we can't live without. We ended up get a slurpy and soft pretzel when we were done as a sweet treat for the kiddos. The staff is always so inviting and friendly and we can always find someone if we need help with something. The fact that this location is five minutes away can be dangerous at times, but it's definitely our favorite store to go go to beat the Arizona heat. The clothing section is a favorite of mine, with so many different colors and styles to choose from. If I had to choose one store to shop at the rest of my life, Target would win! read more

I try to go to target when I don't have my two kids because they always want to look at toys and get popcorn, but I didn't have any other choice and decided to take them. We walk in and I grab a cart then head over the their little food are and have to wait a few minutes before anyone comes over to help me. The person who comes over was possibly the manager but had no idea what she was doing. You could tell that she didn't work in that department. I always get a small popcorn and a medium drink along with my kids two drinks. The price is always the same except this time. It even says in their menu add a soda for $1. The lady couldn't figure it out. My kids were starting to get antsy and wanted their popcorn. My 3 year old daughter even asked me what is taking so long. Finally the person who was suppose to be there comes up and helps us out. Then we could finally be on our way. There was no apologies for the wait or that it was taking so long to ring us up. Nothing. The day after I had to return something and again I was waiting for someone at customer service for over 5 minutes when someone finally realized I was standing over there. I am not sure why the Target in Oro Valley is not with it. The Target other Target on Oracle is much better just a lot further away. I love Target, but the customer service at this location is severely lacking. read more

Just came back home from the Target at 10555N Oracle Rd, at 730pm, on Sep 2nd, 2018. I went to the electronics in hopes to buy an ethernet cable but couldn't find any. I went to fast check out lane (where you scan your own items) and was patiently waiting for the attendant to finish speaking with two adults that didn't appear to have purchased anything. I was invisible, five minutes past so I walked to customer service. I ask a young man about he could help me find an ethernet cable as I couldn't find any. The customer service rep directed me to Walmart as they are always appropriately stocked. I go to Target because it is 3 minutes away, fast and easy. Lately, it has been understocked with certain basic electric accessories. I don't know what's going on. However, this the second time I have visited Target for this exact product and had horrible customer service, or someone telling me to go to 'Walmart' as "they have it all." I LIKE Target for so many things....their help is helpful and nice and intelligent. they offer many choices for MOST THINGS. However, Target is sadly lacking in clothing for women.....nice clothing for women older that 18-25......it's all cut short or big hanging clothing or maternity and young adults...no style for younger middle aged or middle aged modern women. Awful stuff. We don't want bikinis cut up to there or down to there. A nice swimsuit would be nice. Blouses are horrendous. no nice pants....except I have gotten Knox Rose jeans there which I love and get compliments on....but I see them no more. No reasonable work out clothing. terrible. It is now time to lower my previous review to a 2. Maybe someone at Target will read this and do something about the lack of cashiers at this location. Today they only had 1 cashier up front and the rest was self checkout. Needless to say all the lines were long. I watched a woman walk up and ask an employee that seemed to be at a register if she could take care of her. The employee responded by saying "no I only manage the self checkout". The employee didn't do anything (I mean, not even bat an eye) to help or call for help from other team members. When I finally checked out the cashier that was helping me made a comment about the ground turkey I was buying. She said "McCormick sells a good BBQ seasoning that would make turkey burgers taste good, I tried to do the turkey thing, but let's face it, they need all the help they can get. The last thing I want when I've waited for someone to take my money (which I'm not sure target even cares about) is for a cashier to make a negative comment about the product I'm buying. Saturday morning I was speed shopping at Target for a top to wear for my son's wedding. I purchased two tops and three necklaces and earrings to match the tops. I couldn't find at least 30% of what I was looking for. One employee asked me if I could find what I was looking for, then walked away when I said, "no." Another employee told me that I would "just have to wait" for check out lines to open. Lately, every time I go to this store I leave feeling frustrated. Employees are disengaged, avoid interaction and sometimes rude. Shelves are messy and understocked. What's with having no patio furniture in June while huge inventory of "back to school" is displayed in its place. It's JUNE! Even the parking lot is messed up. 4 of the best parking spots are occupied by an unused "drive up" station and all of the shade trees have been removed. I need to visit several stores to fill out my shopping list, because I can't get what I need at Target any more. I have shopped at Target for so many years that it's hard to stop.
