In July 2020, we called and opened a warranty claim to ask if they can come out and see if it was an installation or materials issue. We sent pics and everything. They never showed. We called again in Sept and finally again in Nov, but they were "just too busy" (exact quote) to work us in. We have talked to Bridget and Lauren numerous times but each time they tell us "you are in the system, just cant find the time to get out there" They were quick to do the initial claim, but do not have any interest in follow on the issues with the installation. I would not recommend them or their service.

I received nothing to let me know if someone showed up or not. I called Tuesday to find out and the lady told me she didn't know what they got to on Monday and when whoever the guy was came in she would call and let me know. This is Wednesday I still have no idea if anyone was there or not and at this point I don't care just crap service! will not use ever even if they were thousands of dollars cheaper.

However, when I researched the brand he quoted, it didn't look good ("builder grade"). After expressing my concerns over the phone, his father (the owner) came and talked with me, and said they'd do it at the same price with another brand that I liked better. It was a toss-up for me. Finally I decided on another company that I had more faith in, despite being a grand more expensive.

Not only did he identify the issue causing the leak, but he fixed it AT NO CHARGE. Do yourself a favor and forget about Guy Roofing. Roofers LLC may not be as "famous", but they sure as hell take better care of their customers!
