I don't know why people are complaining. This place is my to go place when Covid 19 hit and nobody had masks, hand sanitizer and disinfectant sprays. I can't complain. They do a decent job at restocking things. I also found some cute clothes and shoes from here. They have a variety of things at decent prices. I mean don't expect luxury since it's a decent price store. Don't expect a "Gucci" with $5 brain mentality. But you can expect to find decent items that are worth awhile. read more

It's a discount store, specialty items for cheap prices, but you hardly find anything in there that's a $1-Maybe when it first opened? Anyhow it's an Ok store that has some good items for reasonable prices and has a little of everything. Customer service is like that at any cheap stores, it's either hit or miss or doesn't exist. But it's ok if your going for a few items, you can get a majority at Dollar Tree or 99cents store (yes they've gone up too, but at least you know what you're getting there) I'd check it out only for the little things. read more

I came to this store on 9-11-23 to get my sister's bday gift so I came back the next day to return them cuz they didn't fit I had my receipt the nice cashier told me I can't give you your money back I'm like that's fine I could get something else but I guess she couldn't make a return she called the supervisor or manager and she was rude she didn't believe that I bought those slippers and I told her you can go and see on video monitor that I bought them but if I'm gonna have a hard time explaining there's other stores with better customer service than here read more

I've been coming to this store for about 20 years, and I was shocked at the level of service I received today. There was an employee (a male hispanic man) who was basically stalking me as I was shopping. I understand this store has some level of shop lifters but I was astonished at the fact he was hollering at me as I walked out (I didn't ask for bags because items I purchased were few and too big to bag). He asked if I paid. I said yes, and he asked for my receipt, which I pulled out, and he didn't even look at it. I put the items in my car and went simply to ask for manager information because I am extremely uncomfortable with the way he approached me, he blatantly ignored my requests and them took a picture of me with out my permission. I told him I just wanted to discuss this matter with the manager, but he continued to ignore me and just to address why he felt it was necessary to take a picture of me. I firmly believe customer service is key when owning a business, but this person was completely out of line and offensive by not having any regard whatsoever to my concerns. He IGNORED me as if I wasn't there when I just paid for items I purchased. In fact, over the 20-year span, I shopped there. I'm sure I've spent thousands of dollars. If the store owner sees this review, he needs to be rid of this person because from a business perspective, customer service is a key element to maintain growth for any company. read more

My family and I went to this store earlier today. One of the employees followed my 9 year daughter around and told her she was not allowed to have her dog in the store. My daughter ran to me and the employee insisted that the dog was not allowed. I informed him it was a service animal. He insisted on proof. I explained that per ADA guidelines, this was not allowed and he said "I don't care" I am very upset. I will not be returning to this place. I realize that most items here purchased are discounted or not too high of quality; However, if I bring an item back (headphones) with the original receipt! I expect a full refund/exchange. There are definitely some issues with customer service at this location. I ended up trying out two different headphone sets in hopes I could exchange one crappy product for another....but they all had the same connection issue; so I left this store. I have been customer of this store for several years and recently I have a very rough day at this store the one on 6 st, I was looking for 2 telephone cables , I ask the clerk if I can see the cables becouse I need one for one phone and the other for 2 phones, he said not, and after he said get the hell out of my store, I was a little intimidated becouse and my 43 years in California I was never treated and abused like you so call manager did to me I ask him to speak with the manager and he replied yelling, I am the manager get the hell out of here, so I don't think I coming back after what happeniing. Sketchy What exactly are they selling in this huge warehouse? It is not the overpriced, expired food items that are gathering dust. It is not the merchandise which is blocking the walkways with signage that expired over a month ago. It is not the furniture that is overpriced and dirty. I left with two things. Dirt on our car and alignment issues. I was hoping it was a GTM (Costco and Sam Club return store). I will not be returning. Typical 6th Street issues. Time to clean up this place. read more

Giant Dollar is a GREAT budget saving place in Corona for any types of household and general merchandise. The store is nicely decorated, I especially fell in love with the new Sunglass section that they created recently. I personally do not want to spend more than $20 for household cleaning product bi-weekly. Here at Giant Store, with $20 you can get lots of stuffs!! Whenever I shop at Giant Store, my shopping bag is full and costs me only 2/3 or half of what I supposed to spend at other retail stores. Trust me, you want to save even a penny in this tough economy and I tell ya for sure. Giant is THE PLACE to save your $$$$$$$ and still get GREAT valued products. Every week, when I need to shop consumable items I choose Giant Store over Walmart, Target, 99cent only, dollar tree and any other retail stores. This store is also very clean and workers are VERY friendly. Overall, my shopping experience at Giant store is 120 out of 100 score. LOVE Giant, definitely going to visit there again!!!!! read more

When I got home I found that there are two pieces missing, then I went back to exchange or just to get the missing one but they refused because they have a final sale and the manager was so rude came out yelling, No return, No exchange at me!!! Favorite Place EVER!!!!!! ok so Im the kinda person who hates paying full price for things that i know for a fact arent worth a buck... but this place has been a lifesaver since i moved to corona... bunny ears for our tv $1... rugs for the hwole house tyhe weekend we moved in becuz it was raiing like crazy and mud was everywhere...$1 each... plates, spoons forks towels... things that you need but havent unpacked... $1... and i forgot to mention... they have everything!!!!!!!!!!.... even after we moved in of course there were things we needed... and i knew exactly where to get them... like the first time we bbq'd we put the meat on and quickly realized...uhmm... we dont have bbq utensils.... and bamn... a pack for $1... went ther for Xmas bags and paper... for cleaning supplies for cables, extention cords, tarps, socks... etc... and the nicest people work there! they keep the place so clean too, its not like you have to deal with dirty floors and driving a cart around four isles to get through, this place is constantly nice and they are always sweeping or mopping or something at night when i go , just to keep it up =) read more

This store is convenient and saved me money on many of the products I needed to make some decorations for my son's birthday. I have been in before, and have bought the la cosmetics nail polishes and lip glosses which I loved. Today was the first day I actually looked around I found everything I needed and some. I also bought a pinata from here which is the second one I bought from this store. They didn't have the character we wanted anywhere and I love their pinata's so I'm just covering up the captain America plate with a cool power rangers plate we bought! read more

This place is bigger than I imagined and it is stocked with a lot of stuff. I went inside looking for hair products and was surprised to come out of the store with school supplies, headphones, and what I originally came for, hair products.
