Awful customer service from the manager who at one point screamed at one of the cashiers and almost physically hit him with a hanger. Jocelyn and Neph were nice but everyone else in the store seems to hate their job. They even made a lady feel bad for asking to use their fitting room. I had a very upsetting and humiliating experience at this DD's Discounts location. I walked in with a few items I had previously purchased and no longer had the receipt for. I placed them at the bottom of my bag and decided to look around the store first to see if there was anything else I wanted to buy -- I didn't find anything, so I went to the register to ask about a return or exchange. I took the items out at the register to be completely transparent, but instead of listening, the store manager, Natasha, immediately accused me of stealing. She claimed the items "weren't in the bag" when I came in -- even though I pulled them out myself in front of her. She also insulted me, saying I had a "bad attitude" and called me "nasty," which was completely untrue and deeply disrespectful. I felt embarrassed, disrespected, and judged unfairly. I understand stores need to be cautious about theft, but there's no excuse for treating customers this way -- especially when they're being honest. I truly hope this location improves its customer service and trains staff to handle these situations with more professionalism and basic respect. read more

The Manager at this location, has zero customer service skills. She can't run the store . Dds really needs to retrain their staff. The cahiers, all need training. No one there knows how to work. DD's Discounts return and exchange policy is a JOKE! I exchanged a $3.99 item for an item that was priced at $9.99 and was told that I can not apply the $3.99 towards the exchange because I didn't have the receipt. According to the rude cashier that checked out my purchase, after I purchase a product it loses $1.00 if you return it without a receipt. That's a load of bull$h!t! So I only ended up having a credit of $2.99 for a product that I paid $3.99 for. I could've made a big deal out of this, but it was only $1.00 that I was losing and to argue with an immature, rude cashier was just not worth my valuable time. The prices are awesome! The products are awesome! Not having a bathroom for customers is not awesome. Small children and people who have a hard time holding it, have to run to another business, which is usually Burlington Coat Factory, because every other business around DDs is either closed on certain days, times, customer purchase only bathrooms, no bathrooms, etc. And this is becoming more common in businesses. To not allow customers to use the restroom. We all have a right to water and toilets. Otherwise it will get very messy... I have often driven away and not returned because we were not provided a bathroom. We now use a restroom before we arrive. Still very inconvenient. read more

I have found cute shoes for $8, very nice purses for $10, sometimes I find Forever 21, charlotte ruse, Charming Charlie brands for 50% off retail. This is a nice, clean and most of the time organized store. So I went here 4/4/19 at 9:16pm, the lady that rung me up was very rude I didn't get her name but on my receipt it says assoc: 979382. So she rings me up the lady in front of me was still getting her bags so when I was barely putting my card in the machine shes like I can help the next customer, like finish helping me out first stop being in a rush and once the receipt came out she was just standing there she didn't give me my receipt I had to get it myself. The security guard racially profiles... He watches me every time I enter the store and I frequent the store not very often because of this but once in awhile. His eyes always scanning toward my direction. Would be nice to shop in peace and not have a total as*hole watching your every move. Some of the staff also does the same thing. Management included. I have always had really good experiences coming into this store. Their selection for purses, and accessories is great always find what I am looking for, and the price is one heck of a deal. The employees have always been helpful, and friendly always. Sometimes they have some really neat posters for under 10 dollars (Tip; sometimes they have framed pictures for about 12+ dollars, but you can find the same picture on a poster for less than 10 dollars. Only if you want to fuss with framing at a later time etc..) This store is great for kitchen gadgets, decorations, clothing, scrubs too!!, and whatever else comes to mind here. I just left this particular dds and after yeaaarsss of coming here I got really bad customer service. Me and some coworkers stopped by to browse and shop. Everything was going good. When we went up to pay, the cashier was giving my friends attitude from the get go, mind you we weren't being rude to her at all. I was still quiet making sure she was actually giving attitude then She snapped at our coworkers and said "do you guys need something?" in a very snappy tone. When I accepted the fact that she WAS giving attitude I asked "how long have you been here" (yes in a snappy"dont f with me" tone, but she really deserved it) her attitude changed and goes "3-4months,...why?"
