After the first time it was a problem and they "fixed" it, we found out they were canceling our auto-payment and manually processing it which cost us our auto-pay discount. After they were unable to get it worked out with "corporate", like a master class is customer service they just told us to call Allstate direct and try to work it out. I'm not sure of many things is life but I'm sure I'll never due business with Melanie Melton or Allstate Insurance again. They have been so bad we are in the process of switch to a new provider.
