My adjusted told me that I needed to contact them to go and get my plates and belongings out of my car so that it could be junked and paid off. I didn't have the money to pay for a ride to do this so, I called and spoke to them and they were so kind enough to clean out my car for me and set my belongings aside until I could get my roommate and his girlfriend to go there with her car and get my stuff. Larry who runs the desk and paperwork dose a great job making sure you know what's going on step by step. He always pick up the phone or calls you back. He did a better then my own INS company did. Patrao runs the back of the house and dose it well. The work completed surpassed my expectation!! I thought my car was a goner for good but by leaving it in the right hands I got my car back quickly and done right. How quickly you may be asking- so fast that the car was ready before my INS. company ripped them a check for payment. The paint job was perfect along with the major repairs that was needed. I agreed to pay 2100 for a timing chain repair on my bmw. I knew of the problem ahead of time and…read morethey checked the car prior to repair which was still running at dropoff. They were able to change the timing chain but, the car would not idle properly as if it were not timed. From there they spent several months trying to fix this timing issue. The end result was a 2700 bill a car which had to be towed home, it does not start or run. I purchased them a new DME which they requested, they claimed to do 2 vanos solenoids when only one was done, which I caught on one of several visits. while they adjusted the bill, this is proof of lack of integrity. Likewise, the car was returned with missing screws/bolts etc. While they will say they put in free effort, the car was running 80% after the timing chain and now does not. They will say that I underpaid for this job which was a low bid. However, I am not a mechanic and I did not know that I was accepting an unreasonable bid. I also would not have fixed the car if the bid was higher. However, I would not use this shop if I had the choice again.

This is your local auto shop that really knows what your car needs and can diagnose and resolve all kinds of mechanical issues. - My car wasn't shifting, and it was making weird noises. Check engine light was on, the whole deal. Mike took care of it all. While my crummy insurance company didn't help at all, Mike resolved all of my car's issues and did a heck of a job doing it. - Mike has extensive experience working on cars, especially Subarus and turbocharged vehicles. This was especially awesome to learn, given that my car is a Subaru Forester Turbocharged. Mike knew his stuff. He showed me all the things that needed attention and broke down the cost. He didn't make any repairs until I saw and authorized them. He showed me parts that were worn, explained why they needed to be replaced. He even does tires and balancing. It cost me a bit to have this work done, but Mike isn't going to screw you over. He's passionate, energetic, and truly enjoys his work. And as an added plus, he brings his awesome dog, Clifford, to work. Clifford is a Rhodesian Ridgeback and super super friendly. I am a dog-guy; I was more excited to see the dog than my car. - But yes, this is the type of place that I wholeheartedly recommend.
