I know it was there because I had replaced it nine months ago . Than they raised the price because the job was difficult . I paid it .Than as I am driving home I look at the passenger side of the dashboard and see multiple deep scratches. These are not minor scuffs that can be buffed out . When I contacted them they use the same answer as before "they were there" . This car has 50K on it and was in mint condition. Also they hopefully just didn't reconnect the radio properly because now the functions does not work . Their answer was that we didn't remove that section but it must be done to remove the center console which had to be done to install the carpet.
