Instead of a quick correction for *their* mistake, we were met by staff who had absolutely no sense of how to handle the situation. The staff's handling of the situation was abysmal: -ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY: We were forced into a massive, 30+ person line. When we asked to use the empty employee lane because of our tight flight schedule, we were bluntly denied because we were "regular customers." -TERRIBLE ATTITUDE: Staff repeatedly told us there was nothing they could do and explicitly stated that if we missed our flight while waiting for them to fix their error, *"that would be our responsibility. -DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS: A simple refund took nearly an hour, causing immense stress and almost making us miss our flight.
