Not only did they agree to give extra help, they stepped up in several ways to help my mental state and help the wedding turn out well. They did extra work, provided advice, gave me "counseling" , they took EXTRA steps to help our wedding turn our beautifully. They came up with plans for ways to add to the decor. I won't go into the details about the arrangement, but on Monday morning I stopped by Seasons to share my experience with them. My sole intent was for them to be aware of this issue so that it wouldn't come up with another customer. Not only did Linda (the manager?) understand the situation, she made out a gift certificate (for the full price) for my husband to use at a future date. She also insisted I take a small arrangement as an apology. That was definitely not necessary, but gratefully appreciated. We will definitely continue purchasing our flowers at Seasons!
