I'm pretty sure this place is what heaven feels like. This is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been! There is a huge selection of flowers you can pick, and the mountains in the background are just stunning. I was smiling ear-to-ear there whole time I was here, because they had so many of my favorites: Dahlias, Sunflowers, Zinnias, and even multicolor Queen Anne's Lace. Its only $25 to pick a good size vase full of these beautiful blooms, and for just a couple dollars more you can keep a glass vase full of your flower finds from the day. There are plenty of tables and chairs with umbrellas, where you could sit and enjoy a picnic. They were setting up for an event the day I went, and the string lights under the covered porch made the event space look so magical. The owner gave me a warm welcome when I arrived, but other than that its pretty much a DIY experience with their cash box/venmo/paypal near the parking area. There are restrooms available, but no dogs allowed. Potentially wheelchair accessible, although the ground is uneven/dirt road/lawn. Only 20 minutes outside of Asheville proper, this is such a peaceful place to spend some time, I highly recommend a visit!

I had so much fun picking my own flowers today at The Never Ending Flower Farm! I found the farm from their road signs when I was visiting the post office in Barnardsville and decided to check it out for myself. The owner was very kind and greeted me and others when I arrived. She showed me how the pick-your-own flower situation worked and how to strip the flower of it's leaves to prepare my bouquet. There were tons of beautiful flowers to choose from and it was really a beautiful experience. I want to come back with my friends and family on a Thursday when the flowers are less picked through, but there were more than plenty. It is $20 for a cup of flowers and you fill it with as many flowers as you'd like.

What a beautiful place! 30ish minutes north of Downtown Asheville, she has recently opened up Thurs, Fri and Sat for U-pick. My homeschool group had a field trip here and we filled two solo cups. $20 for a very large cup, worth it! Using google GPS, itll get you about half a mile away. Keep going down the paved road and you'll see a sign for u pick flowers leading you onto a gravel path. She did a great job with signage and it led us directly to the farm. A nice early Sept day, the trees provide a lot more shade after 1pm. Clippers are provided in the little mailbox along with a clear solo cup and buckets of water to keep your flowers alive. If Laura isnt there the honor system is in place so leave your cash.

My wife and I celebrated our relocated 25th anniversary in Asheville recently so I needed a local…read moreflorist to enhance our celebrations. I found Thoughtfully Curated through an online search and reached out to them via email. Ten minutes later the owner responded back confirming that they can definitely take care of my needs including delivery to our hotel as well as a few suggestions. Five minutes later everything was ordered and confirmed. On our big day the owner texted me a picture of the flowers (they looked great) and confirmed that now would be a good time to send them over as we were wrapping up breakfast and a bit of work. When we got back to the room the arrangement was in a prominent spot and after a few moments my lovely wife took a double take and expressed her amazement of "me" being able to make this happen in an out of town environment. I said that I had some help with some new Asheville friends and told her the story. Later in the day the hotel Concierge told me that she really enjoyed helping me with getting the flowers into the room and that she had a great conversation with the florist owner (she delivered the flowers herself) whom she had been trying to meet with on another matter. Serendipity. You would think things would end here but with a high touch level of customer service, the owner Mara answered my text about how to care for the arrangement (they lasted several weeks) and how to get them home on our 200 mile drive back to Atlanta. She even asked me about where we had been and where we were going during the remainder of our visit. She even suggested a few hiking and walking trails in town and in the nearby mountains that even our hotel Concierge was not aware of. I think that we have a florist for life now in Asheville.
