Cynthia kept in contact as promised but my Aunt who was to receive the flowers was out of the country. I thought well, lets give this beauty to someone deserving. After seeing it I decided my wife would like that better. I paid and with my ring doorbell, when it was delivered, she had put some beautiful pink roses in with it as I wanted colors. I won't go into the details about the arrangement, but on Monday morning I stopped by Seasons to share my experience with them. My sole intent was for them to be aware of this issue so that it wouldn't come up with another customer. Not only did Linda (the manager?) understand the situation, she made out a gift certificate (for the full price) for my husband to use at a future date. She also insisted I take a small arrangement as an apology. That was definitely not necessary, but gratefully appreciated. We will definitely continue purchasing our flowers at Seasons!
