    Beautiful art and flowers

Great customer service, Quality pieces that are made in Italy and a great deal of silver Jewelry too both new and antique. I prefer darker silver and my wife like brighter platinum colored jewelry. we were both treated with great care. the staff had a great amount of knowledge of what they had in store.

    Charm bracelet I made

Came to this cute place with my friends and decided to make charm bracelets. Maritzio and Gloria were both super kind and helped us with any questions we had. Super warm and inviting! Highly recommend coming here!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Sara (I hope I spelled this correctly) walked us through everything necklace/bracelet making, answered all of our questions and from our 2hr stay there was not one moment we didn't love I made a personalized necklace alongside a few other special items on display at such an amazing price! Worth every penny. Thank YOU cottage industry for making this experience one of our best, yet we can't wait to come back soon!!!

    Keychain

The keychains are cute and I'm no stranger to being delicate with my keychain-- I have a ton of delicate items on it-- that's why not only was I absolutely shocked when the cashier rang my total up as $55 for this cheaply made chain that I could have made at Hobby Lobby for $10, but I found myself incredibly frustrated when my keychain broke off not even a week later. I wish I had listened to my intuition and asked her to put it back once she told me that the plastic clip alone was $18 . Customer service was also not great-- my friend and I had laid out our charms in the exact order that we wanted them put on our keychains and the woman helping us just disregarded it and put it them on in whatever order she wanted to. Unfortunately this is the best photo I have of it-- taken on the day I got it-- it broke off somewhere in sf 4 days later. Also, for $55, I'd expect to be able to have a decent keychain. I was told by the sales rep on my way out not to even let it get wet... are you serious? Complete waste of money and they don't do refunds.

this is the most darling store with so many cute charms and beads! we designed our own charm bracelets, the staff -- maurizio and gloria -- were so helpful in assisting us and so friendly :)

Ring furthest to the right. Very unique, sterling silver. Goes perfectly with my other rings.

Very fascinating store. I live in the neighborhood and it's always fun to explore. Most importantly, the customer service is fantastic. My boyfriend had an excellent experience shopping for me (he's not much of a yelper). Maurizio was super attentive and knowledgeable, and very friendly. Amazing silver collection. Got a perfect and unique ring!

We had the most amazing time here building charm bracelets with the help of Maurizio! He walked us through the whole process and was so friendly. This was the perfect activity for our birthday celebration. Our bracelets came out gorgeous and were similar prices noted on the website. The shop itself is so so cute too! Highly recommend

This is an amazing find. I was walking along Fillmore street and saw a vibrant widow display. I looked through the window and saw so many unusual and colorful items. There was a necklace I was interested in so I went inside. The store is amazingly picturesque that I was in awe. The chandeliers were plentiful and seems to be one of a kind. As I walked through the store, I saw items from Italy, Africa, local artists, and other exotic places. The necklace I saw in the window was custom made. The sell beads and will teach you how to make/design jewelry. The owner (originally from Venice, Italy) and daughter welcome me with open arms and made me comfortable even though I did not purchase anything. They were friendly, courteous and patient. If you are in that part of the City, it's worth visiting.

We came an hour before closing and unfortunately the owner was closing down shop for a private event! However the owner is so kind :) He allowed me and my boyfriend to come in and choose a pair of charms for free and gifted us cute gems even though he was on a time crunch! I honestly understand how expensive this shop can be, but it's totally worth the visit and I will definitely be back and ready to open my wallet ‍. Thank you so much for your kindness!!!!!

Everything is so beautiful, they were all so helpful and took the time to walk me through so many rings and sizes--i love the ring i walked away with and I'd been looking for the right one for years! 10/10 would reco

Truly an amazing experience! Best spot for handmade gifts from Italy and around the world! Everyone at the shop is very friendly and helpful. I went in to create my own charm bracelet and they have lots of selections for the charm bracelet/necklaces. The brackets are very good quality! Lots of selections for the actual necklaces/bracelets themselves. The young lady at the front made sure the bracelet fit my wrist and ensured everything was to my liking. Definitely will be coming back in the future! You can tell they value each of their customers, showing great care to everyone!

I was banned from this store over a misunderstanding over the price of some jewelry. The son chased me down the street to tell me this.

Since then I've really enjoyed interactions with the instructor (Karen) and the owner (Donna). Karen was very helpful in providing hands-on training to learn about 4 different techniques for chalk painting. Since taking the class, she has been super responsive and has provided a lot of helpful and creative ideas on how to work with different combinations of colors and waxes, has sent me links to some really interesting furniture, and was kind enough to send me a paint brush I left in the store. Donna has also provided a lot of very helpful advice on painting techniques and how to take care of the brushes and paint to prolong their use. She was very thoughtful in recommending that I buy smaller quantities of some of their products which she felt would be sufficient and, in turn, save the pocketbook.

The male shopkeeper was initially pleasant when I asked about a pillow. My husband joined me, and we decided the pillow's colors didn't match our decor. As we browsed, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. Upon leaving, I thanked him, but he responded with a side-eye, glare, and silence. It's clear only potential buyers are welcome. This is unfortunate, as I'm renovating my home and this store could have been ideal. I'll take my business elsewhere, as snobbery doesn't boost sales. Why would anyone want negative energy associated with their purchase? No thanks.
