Such a great find! The inside which I neglected to take a picture of is much more cute than their picture on their website would suggest. The popover with a selection of either savory or sweet toppings is fantastic!. They even do a pop over chicken pot pie. We got their selection of finger Tea sandwiches with a fruit plate. That was absolutely gorgeous and delicious. I definitely want to go back for high tea. read more

The tearoom is always a special treat! Price wise - it's similar to eating at Perkins or your typical diner, except that it's homemade quiche and popovers and tea cookies! So delicious ! Most entrees come with a fruit plate and or side salad, and the portion size is large, so you get what you pay for! It's really a beautiful spot by the river in Northfield. I recommend grabbing your food to go and eating outside this summer. Highly recommend the veggie quiche - its my go to! And some London fog tea cookies for the road! read more

A delightful surprise. Not a formal tearoom so you can dress casual. A nice tea selection. Don't miss the popovers - there were excellent with the cinnamon butter. The Mini Tea Sandwiches were great and the chicken soup was good but a little bland. Service was excellent. If we lived closer it would be a regular stop. I'm a new resident of Northfield and I have visited the tea room twice. The first time I had brunch with my daughter. We had quiche of the day and it was really delicious. Didn't try the tea but ordered the tea sandwiches, which were surprisingly good and filling (it looks like a small portion). Indoor seating is small so if you have a large party or considering going during peak hours, might be smart to have a reservation. This is such a lovely intimate place. The offerings although limited are top notch and delicious! I had the stuffed fruit baked French toast and the portion was very generous. My husband had the quiche with a super fresh and gorgeous salad. There is a view of Bridge square and the river. What a magical little tearoom off the river in downtown Northfield! Perfect for a casual meeting with friends, or a more professional business meeting. The drip brewed coffee was flavorful yet smooth, and the chai tea was elegant. We ordered the Quiche Du Jour, which was a Loraine, and it was stunning! It came with a really nice Cantelope Salad with yogurt, granola, and berries which complemented the quiche very nicely! But I have to say the star of the show was the Popover with cinnamon & honey butter! Absolutely outstanding and tasted delicious with the coffee and tea!
