Despite my $1,000 payment to your firm specifically to finalize and submit my retirement documents--documents I signed in January of last year--no retirement paperwork has been submitted to date. I confirmed this directly with the union. I want to be clear that the legal representation during the active phase of my divorce was strong; however, the lack of follow-through, communication, and resolution of agreed-upon post-judgment obligations has been disappointing and stressful. I hope this matter is resolved promptly, as I trusted the firm to complete these final steps and retained funds specifically for that purpose.

Our initial meeting with SIMRAN SEKHON was…read moreone that he represented that he had trademark infringemnet experience (Intelluctual Property as an area of service listed on his website) , and that our case was straight forward. After providing him the evidence to our case, SIMRAN SEKHON gave us confindence we would win and that he would take care of all filings and responses to the USPTO and to the defendant. SIMRAN SEKHON handled our opposition of our trademark with such NEGLECT. His lack of not resonding to the USPTO motion by the defendant, awarded the opposing party the judgement. SIMRAN SEKHON convinced us this was a formality and filed the opposition again to have the same outcome! Dismissed with Prejudice not once but twice (after consulting with other attorneys the success rate of over turning a dismissal with prejudice with the USPTO is highly unlikely and very expensive in attorney fees to even try)! His negligence, or lack of knowing what he was doing is what lost our case and our trademark! His arrogance and dismissal of our concerns throughout the process was outrageous. AND....the defendant in our case had no attorney representation! We filed a claim with the California State Bar requesting our retainer back and the continued hours billed by SIMRAN SEKHON outside of the retainer (of which we never received until we informed him we are stopping this madness and let him go) and we were awarded the judgement after they reviewed the mishandling of our case by SIMRAN SEKHON. SIMRAN SEKHON was requested by the State Bar to return all of our money. We hired him in 2017 and the length SIMRAN SEKHON stretched this nightmare out didn't end until 2019. Our ownership of Our trademark was taken to add insult to injury. We would of pursued mal practice lawsuit against SIMRAN SEKHON if litigation did not cost so much upfront in attorney fees.
