I had the pleasure of retaining attorney Michael Fluetsch as my attorney recently, and now that the matter I was involved in has been resolved I wanted to be sure to post reviews wherever possible so that I can recommend him without any reservation for anyone needing a great attorney. Before I met him I didnt even know attorneys like him existed. I found myself in a really terrible situation where unfortunately I was in need of an attorney . I am also a disabled person so especially needed assistance asap. I have certain limitations and it can be difficult to find the right fit when trying to find any professional when you have disabilities. I would consider reaching attorney Michael Fluetsch a godsend for me. I had spent over 2 weeks trying to figure out what I was going to do about this situation and was really stressed out to the point that it was affecting my health. I had attempted to reach out to others who either wouldnt return a phone call or who said they couldnt help with my case or who wanted a substantial deposit before giving me a consultation that would amount to anything.I have limited income and had already lost a lot of money so I couldnt pour out any more money without some sign it would do any good. Worst attorney EVER! Go elsewhere!!! Hired Mike Fluetsch in February 2013 to represent us in an urgent civil real estate litigation matter. We had just moved into a home and found undisclosed leaks, standing water underneath and toxic black mold. We were advised to vacate and move out of the home. Time was of the essence. It took him 2 months just to send out the first demand letter. In the 5 months he represented us he billed us $7,500 yet accomplished nothing of substance. We begged him to hurry up, yet he was unable to coordinate the 4 parties to an inspection or mediation. The attorney I hired after Mike got both scheduled within the first month. He would go days, sometimes weeks, without returning emails or phone calls, always telling us he was busy on other matters when he finally replied. Then he would double-bill us for telling us by phone and mail he had made no progress again. The delays he caused allowed the fraudulent seller of our home to spend her $153,000 in proceeds and then file bankruptcy when she was finally brought into the lawsuit, leaving us with no remedy against her. Even his emails and correspondence were full of typographical errors because he had no support staff. In fact, he billed us $300/hour that should have been secretarial work. This is the first attorney I have ever hired and I could not be more unsatisfied with him. read more

biggest mistake of my life hiring the Fluetsch.s. i was in a taxi coming out of Arizona airport when taxi driver ran into back of truck at 55 miles per hour i sustained a severe brain injury and neck injury and r shoulder and r knee injury. after 5 years of fighting and going to Arizona 4 times the fluetschs had me go to arizona and take test and pay out of my pocket $7000. plus plane tickets for nothing we never went to court. during federal mediation the mediater said we should leave and get a second opinion in writing from a doctor for around $5000. and mike refused. i asked mike why he did not get a second opinion he said shouda couda wouda. i wanted to hit him but my wife grabbed my hand the mediater said they would give us 6 figures but mike refused so we had no choice but to except$ 75000. i got $41000. after $12000. i got$ 29000. for seizures and crushed vertabraes in my neck that cant be fixed . r shoulder that needs to be replaced. r knee that needs to be replaced some day. i have severe headaches that never stop and i have to take antiseizure medicine for life . i talked to law firms inS an fransisco and arizona they all said they would loved to have my case against AAA cab company . and that i was not represented properly.the worst part is iam up at midnight 7 days a week cant sleep because my brain is throbbing all over and nothing can be done . and the fluetschs get away with it and going prospering move on to next victim God will punish some day. read more

Be Careful! After 3 years and $20,000, Michael Fluetsch did nothing but rack up legal fee's for us. We made payments for 3 years to Michael Fluetsch and once the legal bill was to high for us to continue, we were forced to drop our case. We acknowledged we still owed Michael Fluetsch money and we committed to pay him off. That wasn't good enough. Michael Fluetsch filed a lawsuit against us. Knowing we couldn't afford an attorney any longer, he flooded us with paperwork trying to overwhelm us. This is the same tactics he uses which accomplished nothing for us except to drive up the fee's he collects. read more
