    I am sharing my personal experience with Super Turf 1 LLC so other homeowners can be aware…read more I trusted Super Turf to take care of my lawn at my property in Suwanee, GA. This has been very frustrating because my lawn was green and healthy last summer, supported by dated photos and a tenant statement. This spring, my lawn became severely brown and damaged while nearby lawns in the same community were already green under similar weather conditions. What makes this especially disappointing is that I repeatedly tried to understand what happened and asked for a clear written explanation. In my experience, I did not receive proper written treatment statements, product information, applicator information, or post-application watering/care instructions after services. The yard signs I saw appeared to be advertising signs only, not actual treatment notices. Several neighbors who are also Super Turf customers shared similar concerns about not receiving written treatment notices or post-application information. I later obtained an independent sod replacement estimate. The contractor inspected the lawn and described the condition as damaged Bermuda / over-fertilization, noting undissolved granular fertilizer on the soil and in the remaining Bermuda grass. The estimated restoration cost is $8,393.84. I have since submitted a complaint to the Georgia Department of Agriculture. An agriculture inspector visited my property, reviewed my evidence, and collected information, including neighbor statements. I have also filed a civil claim against Super Turf 1 LLC in Gwinnett County Magistrate Court, Case No. 26-M-23450, seeking lawn replacement costs. The court and regulatory process are pending, and I will update this review after the case is resolved. This is not something I wanted to do. I gave the company opportunities to provide a clear written resolution, but in my opinion, Super Turf has not taken responsibility or provided a reasonable path to fix the damage. If you use this company and experience similar lawn damage or missing treatment notices, I strongly recommend saving all photos, service records, yard signs, and communications, checking Georgia's pesticide application notice rules, and seeking reimbursement if appropriate.

A manager was dispatched to my home after I complained by calling in. I caught the manager outside about to spray and explained to him I need the Issue fixed (in a need way). He understood and said it was free too. I don't know what he did but weeds are gone! Like gone gone. I go out back and look and I am amazed every time. I think the trick to this place is if the issue isn't right you have to catch the person who sprays and explain your issue. Thnx.

STAY AWAY from this company. I hired Top Turf expecting professional lawn treatment services, and instead my lawn was severely damaged after chemical application. Large sections of my grass were burned and discolored shortly after treatment, and after researching online, I was shocked to see numerous other customers reporting very similar experiences. At this point, this no longer appears to be an isolated incident. When you see hundreds of complaints describing the same type of lawn damage, customers naturally begin questioning the company's application methods, chemical handling practices, and overall quality control. I trusted this company with my property, and now I'm left dealing with damage that may require expensive repair, reseeding, or sod replacement. Extremely disappointing. I am currently documenting the damage and reviewing my options, including filing formal complaints with the appropriate regulatory agencies regarding the chemical application practices involved in this service. Consumers deserve transparency, accountability, and safe application procedures when chemicals are being applied to residential property. I strongly encourage anyone considering lawn treatment services to thoroughly research reviews and document everything before allowing treatments on their lawn.

    Purchased a home in 2016, previous home owners NEVER maintained the lawn, it was embarrassing…read more Hired TurfPride. As I follow instructions that are left behind with each treatment, my yard is the best in the neighborhood! My neighbors compliment me all the time on how nice my lawn looks, almost zero weeds! Yes, there are seasonal weeds; but, the lawn must be treated in a routine to keep the weeds under control, and I have all the recommended treatments done each year. Happy for the service policy of re-treat if I call and advise I see something within a 30 day window of my treatment date! I've only had to call ONCE in two years! The technician was back out within a week, and re-sprayed, and it resolved the issue! I firmly believe in communicating with them to advise them about MY lawn, as the tech is only only on my lawn 8 times a year, versus I'm on it daily, so it's MY job to let them know of any issues! I also have my lawn aerated (both Bermuda and Fescue). I'm from a part of the U.S. where you can't stop the grass from growing....here in GA, the grass needs help due to the high humidity (which makes weeds flourish), cold snaps (which causes issues), and droughts (lawns need WATER to grow, not just rain). Sure was a wake-up call to me, being a first time home owner....so much to learn. I rely on my tech to help me when I have questions, and when I've called the office, I leave a message for my tech to call me back, since he's the one who was on my lawn, he's the best person to answer any questions. The office staff are polite, and do their best to answer basic questions, but often I know I need a more detailed description, so, my tech calls me back. Thanks for helping me make my lawn go from worst to first in my sub-division! I enjoy my lawn, and I work at keeping it looking great, and TurfPride sure helps me with controlling my weeds! Appreciate all the help I can get! I'd love to post before/after pictures, but no clue how to do that, as I've got a lot.

They appeared to be out of business. I guess it was time to move on anyway, getting better service and better quality with another company now for competitive price.
