Mark returned my call the next day and I found them very transparent about their fees and what is covered and what is additional in their various service plans. They also wanted to know about the equipment I had and asked me to send pictures, which I did. The day I sent pictures, Steve stopped by to check out the pool and the equipment and answer any of our other questions. We found that 2 other people on our court were already their customers even though we are 10 miles from their business. Their prices are very fair and they offer a discount if you pay several months in advance. So far, I think the service and transparency has been outstanding. Very highly, highly recommend!

Sure enough, after some treatment, the pool finally started to get back into shape and finally looked as good as new (see before and after picts). Green to Clean wasn't the only reason that our HOA picked Balance Pool Care. After interviewing a few pool vendors, it was clear that Alex knew more then the others and noticed details that need to be addressed that the others didn't catch.
