Seemed to know what he was doing but once he found out we didn't want the monthly pool service his attitude sure did change. He had to come back to finish the cleanup and had "delay after delay" in order to get to our scheduled time. Needless to say we will not be going back. We moved to Oakley a little over a year ago and got our first pool, didn't know much about them. I started calling around for some quotes. Daniel was the only one who actually came out and took a look at our pool and system to make sure things looked good or if there were things that would need to get addressed to quite appropriately. His price was competitive with other companies and the fact that he came in person made me choose his services. We decided on just the chemical service plan. Since then, our pool has looked great. It's clouded up on us a couple times (probably our own doing) and Daniel cleared it up right away. He's also been great at communicating with me via text if he needs to change days of the week for a reason or to remind me of a holiday week that would be a non-service week. Daniel is very friendly.
