I'm giving four stars because the initial service and the actual work were great, though the administrative side was a bit of a hurdle. ​The Pros: The initial communication was fantastic. They were incredibly helpful in walking me through the details and getting everything sorted at the start. The work they did on the pool was also high quality, and I'm very happy with the results of the service itself. ​The Cons: I'm knocking off one star due to some communication and paperwork delays. There were issues getting the waiver paperwork sent over, and it took longer than expected to receive the final invoice. I was also told I would receive a referral for a repair contractor but never heard back on that front. ​Overall, they do great work and the first impression was excellent--if the back-office follow-through were a bit faster, it would be a five-star experience! read more

Do not do business with this company! We switched to Wrigleys weekly pool cleaning/maintenance services the end of last year. The employees/ pool maintenance guys that have been servicing our pool, have all been friendly and knowledgeable. It has been the business owner, Shane , who has made our experience working with them horrible. Shane has been an arrogant, low class, unprofessional asshole to deal with. Our pool is barely 2 1/2 years old, and since using them, we have had more issues occurring. 1st our pool pump broke ( it was covered through warranty and it was fixd). Then, Whatever chemicals they use started discoloring the pool flooring exactly where the chemicals/stuff they poured in to. We did address that and Zach, one of the pool technicians came out with a acid wash to clear it up. But, the area where he poured it on the cement along side of the pool is stained. Over the months that we have had to call and speak with Shane regards to any issues, he's always had a little bit of a cocky attitude. Both my husband and I have experienced this. But the technicians that always came to our house, including the main one. Zack have always been very friendly and professional, so we've always just brushed it off. Well, as of recently, our main pool light broke. I contacted Shane to see if they were able to do the sort of repairs which he stated they do. We had just regular white lights, and being that it was going to be expensive enough just to replace the white lights. We decided to just upgrade and pay more to get all the pool and spa lights switched to colored. They switched all the lights out. Everything was working good till one evening two nights after the colored lights were switched, when I came out to go into the spa after heating it up, the water had completely drained out of the spa. I immediately sent Shane an email and his response even had an attitude saying It's not their fault saying ( which come to find out of course, that it absolutely was their fault) he finally sent one of his guys out which addressed that they had reversed the valves incorrectly. So then, after they fix that, Shane comes at us telling us we have a faulty, actuator. When the service technician came out to fix the valves, he mentioned to us that it doesn't look like it would have to be replaced anytime soon and that it would most likely be covered under warranty. I told Shane we would just wait until Zach came out the next week to look over everything before doing anything. Then he immediately sends me a bid price to replace it. And he keeps sending me texts pushing for us to get it replaced. I responded to him again telling him we were going to wait until next week when the technician comes out to service our pool again. He then calls me and I put the phone on speaker while my husband and I are there talking to him, and he is extremely rude and condescending. My husband and asked him if it would be covered under warranty and his response was " Well, I dont know, I'm not a warranty center" just unbelievable. We then told him we just want to cancel our service with them. Employees/ service techs are great, its unfortunately its the uneducated, low class, clearly desperate for business, owner Shane, who will make your experience working with them horrible. read more

Then, after all this, our regular pool guy got our original pump running again. Shane understood and even after approving the bid, agreed to let me wait. Wrigley's was one of the only companies that messaged me back and set up an appointment to come give me an estimate.
