This shop is women and latina-owned, and they carry a very limited selection of items that you can't find anywhere else. Every time I wear something from Chic'tique I get stopped and people will ask me where I got it from? The owner takes so much pride on making sure everything that is at the store is unique and of great quality. She is always adding new brands and items. They recently moved to a new location in the Broadway area acoss from Central Market. I love this location because even though is more intimate, the changing room and the vibe is so much better. I would highly recommend to follow their Instagram for updates on new items. Since she carries such a limited quantity I recommend getting whatever you like ASAP because she sells out really fast. Moda Luna carries everything from cute dresses to tops and jeans. Everything I saw is what I like to call the "inbetween" clothes. They're not super dressy but it's not your regular Gap t-shirt and jeans. The store was super quiet and both staff members (including a young girl that brushed by me and a man cuddling with a tiny, rat-like dog) didn't say hello to us. I finally looked at the staff member and smiled, asking him about his little dog. The dog proceeded to run over to me for some affection (no wonder considering how emotionally chilly that place was!). The store had some neat things, including body wash from France, thick books on architecture and handmade cards, but we didn't stay long. It typically takes over a week for pieces to appear on other consignment sites/platform, but they are able to showcase them in a few days. It was a little hot outside so it was nice to be able to rotate between both areas. There was also such a great mix of stores, restaurants, snack stands, and artisans and crafts throughout. We grabbed some aguas frescas to sip on while we explored and they were delicious and a great price for how big they were. We had a big breakfast but it would be nice to try some of the many lunch spots they had throughout the market. The stores had everything but I loved the amount of talavera pottery to choose from and stocked up as much as my suitcase would allow. Prices are super reasonable as well considering these are handmade artisan pieces. I use my tazas everyday and they are the best coffee cups I have ever had. The merchants are super friendly and helpful as well. Everyone was very welcoming and made it a great experience. I hope to be back in the future!

My machine is older and has many many hours of sewing on it as I have a small sewing business and I make four or five quilts a year. It's a drive for us almost 4 hours each way. But I wouldn't let anyone else touch my machine.

Do not rent from this place…read more 1. On 1/17/26 I reserved a tuxedo. I was told to pick it up on Wednesday 1/21/26 and that I would get a call before 2pm 2. On Wednesday I called at 3:42, I was told they were about to call me. I had an event at 5 pm at a location at across town. I was given a tuxedo to try on with a shirt that was 3XL. I have never worn anything larger than a L. I was told they could hem the shirt and be ready by 6pm. When I informed them I had to be across town at 5pm the older clerk angrily said "do you want it or not?" I politely said I would pick it up Friday afternoon. The jacket would have to also be hemmed up to match the shirt sleeves. 3. Friday afternoon I had another event that run late so at 5:46 I called them to inform them I would be 8 mins late to pick up the tuxedo. 4. The shirt was still fitting to big but i thought if i keep the jacket during the whole event on Saturday it would be ok. 5. The jacket sleeved were hemmed up about two inches from the mark the young staff member had done. The older gentleman even said it was hemmed up way above the mark. That gentleman was able to fix the jacket sleeves on the spot. 6. On 1/24/26 at 10:01 the event organizer informed all attendees the event would be cancelled due to the deteriorating weather conditions. At 11:18 I called Image Avenue Clothiers to inform them I would be returning the rental. I asked about their cancellation policy the young staff lady informed she would call me in 30 mins because they never had that happen in the past. I did not receive any calls. 7. I showed up around 1:20 with the tuxedo and rental agreement that has a cancellation fee of 50% on it. I was told by the older staff lady that I would not get any refund. Spend you money somewhere were you will be treated better.

Each time the owner has tried to charge me for their mistake.I took a 600 dollar suit to get tailored , he charged me 117 dollars to ruin my suit . When I told him I was not happy with the way the suit turned out he tried to tack on an additional charge . The owner was super rude about it . I'm sure the business will not go belly up on the count of my bad review , but if you don't want to deal with poor quality and service please stay away from this place .
