Pete was nothing but courteous and polite during the entire experience. Even after they cleaned and dropped off our rug and we felt it needed a little extra TLC, he didn't complain or argue with us at all even though it meant he would have to come and pick it up, service it, and drop it off again. He was just as respectful and accommodating as when we first talked to him. He said he is in the service industry and wants his customers to be satisfied. At the end of the day, we were happy with the end result and Pete has definitely earned a longterm customer. One tip for new customers: He seems pretty busy so if he doesn't pick up right away, leave a voicemail and he'll definitely get back to you, even if it takes a day or two. read more

They were perfectly on time, fast, efficient and most importantly, nice people. The carpet was in a sorry state and Pete and his brother did a thorough job. They were careful where they needed to be and aggressive where the carpet required it. I had made the mistake of using one of those "dry cleaning" carpet cleaner services in the past. Never again. I see everyone else seems to feel the way I do. Aside from the fact that these brothers do a super job and are very competitively priced, they are simply the nicest guys you will ever meet. Really a couple of real nice guys who give you more than fair value and are a pleasure to be around while they are doing it. I got their number from my wife who is in property management. When you handle hundreds of homes daily, you weed out bad vendors and find out who the good ones are and these guys are clearly "the good ones". I could not recommend Coultas more highly! read more

These guys use to be my next door neighbors' and before I had ever used them as carpet cleaners. We had a problem late at night with our dog passing away. I usually rent a shampoo machine from Ralphs but that was only making my carpet stains worst. I called Stanley Steamer but my apartment manger recommended Pete because that is who the management company uses. I called Pete and he and his brother came out and did a FABULOUS job. They made sure all the base boards were clean as well. My carpet was clean in no time and he educated me on how to keep it up. They were the most kindest people you ever want to meet. They've been cleaning my carpets for years and I've been meaning to post a review forever now. Anyway, they just came again last weekend, and did a superb job as usual. They're always punctual, get straight to work, and get the job done quick. Not only that, they offered to help me with other things (such as moving a television and throwing items out in the trash, etc) that were not part of their job description.
