Our Townhome Unit has carpets throughout and they were in such bad shape that we thought we would need a super expensive replacement. However, when we had a little water damage, we called Carpet Savers who sent Moises and Manuel that very day who set up to dry out the carpet. Once dry, the following day, Moises and Manuel came back to clean the carpets in our living room, dining room, stairway and two bedrooms upstairs. I couldn't believe my eyes when they were done as all the carpet areas looked amazing! Moises and Manuel worked super hard, going over every area meticulously. The carpets had not been cleaned in forever and they saved them! And for a reasonable price! I cannot recommend them highly enough for their promptness, friendliness and expertise. This company saved our carpet! We spilt a bottle of red wine on our light beige carpet and at first we tried to clean it ourselves and long story short, we made it much worse. We used several different types of cleaners and the red stain somehow morphed into a green stain. At that point we knew it was beyond our abilities so we found this company on Yelp due to its high reviews, and they are more than worth it. Carlos came out right away and was very honest from the start, and that due to all the chemicals we had already used that there was no guarantee that their treatments could remove the stains completely. We appreciated this honest viewpoint but went ahead anyway, and he then proceeded to perform a miracle on our carpet - it looks like the red wine and green staining never happened at all! He recommended a good carpet cleaning once a year to maintain a fresh look and we will absolutely be doing this every year from hereon out! read more

My cat peed on my sofa and carpet so I got service from them to remove the odor. They were efficient, communicative, friendly and professional, but unfortunately I have to say I don't see any difference after their service. The odor is still there almost just as strong as before. I ended up buying a new sofa and wish I didn't spend that extra $200 on using this service. The carpet was another $200 out the window. I cannot buy another carpet too because it's too expensive. If I hadn't spend $400 on this service I probably could've replaced my carpet and remove the odor entirely. Update: Owner Kenny contacted me after seeing this review and offered to re-wash the carpet for me free of charge. He was very dedicated to make things right, and the odor has definitely improved a lot this time. read more

Overall, FABULOUS!!! Mario and his son were truly amazing. They were friendly, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. We had some very dirty wall to wall carpeting and once they were finished, the carpet looked and smelled like it was brand new! They patiently explained everything afterwards and even showed me their truck/van and the equipment inside it, explained the difference between their awesome steam cleaning service and chemdry (which we used in the past, it was very disappointing), explained the pressure gauges, etc. They also offered to show me the dirty water that came out of our carpets. It was amazing how dirty it was and how awful the smell was as they released the water down the street gutter.
