I mention this only because that prior experience helped me to recognize the need to begin anew. Now, six months into my treatment, I feel very fortunate to be his patient. Early on in our work together, we quickly identified my goals, the obstructions I faced , and a general pattern of future discussion in addressing both. I could mention his keen eye for detail and his remarkable recollection. But I prefer to comment on this growing sense of his talents guided by genuine commitment to my well-being, in the near- and far-term. I'm so grateful for his manner of gently challenging me to reconsider some particular thought or habit of daily life. Invariably, it's those moments that have proven most fruitful to me, and have yielded true relief. Rarely do I leave his office without pondering the product of that day's conversation, with our exchanges echoing and accompanying me long after our visit. I have experienced sustained relief since my first encounter with Mr. Cross, and I'm grateful for the care and the results since our work began.

He takes his time with you, he listens to your concerns and he maps out which direction is needed to be taken to help solve the issue. I have personally been seeing him for 11 years and would not want to go anywhere else for my Primary Care. Dr. Facemyer is really laid back/cool and easy to get along with. The office/waiting room is always very clean and the exam rooms are always super clean. The nurses (Laurie & Maureen) are awesome! They treat you like you are family .. they will laugh, joke and talk with you like they've known you forever. I think that they mix perfectly with Dr. Facemyer and really elevate your visit to a whole different level. They can usually fit you into any day needed if things change with your schedule or if something pops up before your next scheduled visit Dr Facemyer's office is also in a great location! Located in Austintown next to the Giant Eagle "Get Go" gas station with both on and off ramps leading to which ever direction you are coming or going makes it a simple drive! The parking lot is safe and provides plenty of parking spaces. I felt the need to write this quick review because I was seeing a few other reviews about the 'wait time' .. As I said in my opening paragraph, you may wait a little longer than you would at other doctors offices, but to me, I would rather wait a bit and be able to spend time talking with my Doctor than quickly being rushed in and having 2 minutes to speak to my doctor. Besides, good things come to those who wait :) I'd give Dr. Facemyer & his Nurses/Staff a 10 star review if I was able to, but, they definitely get 5 stars from me!
