Completely useless. I went to them with an urgent family law matter and was told that I'd called the perfect place. I had signed up for MetLife legal insurance specifically for this matter, and they were #1 in the recommended firms. Waited two weeks for my consultation with "Attorney Jillian Connery." She starts the conversation letting me know that her caseload is full and she cannot help me. I was amazed by her complete lack of compassion. I had read her reviews online and was not impressed. I was hoping I would be dealing with a smart and dedicated, if inexperienced attorney. I think I got the inexperience part right at least. read more

My MetLife prepaid legal plan referred me to this in Network attorney for a dependent Name Change. I get scheduled by the receptionist for a consultation with Morgan Ross the following week. First thing Morgan says is I don't have coverage for a name change other than my own. I explain to him that MetLife has advised me over the phone and in writing that I do have coverage for a Dependent name change. He then has Jillian Connery email me a copy of my plan. He asks that I provide my documentation showing I have coverage. We hang up. I open her email where it clearly indicates in the attachment that I have coverage. I then respond back providing my documentation as well as the phone number for MetLife. Two days later Morgan calls me and explains that he contacted MetLife and I do in fact have coverage for this. However, he goes on to explain that he won't get paid enough money by MetLife for this case to be worth his time. I explain that according to the plan the benefit covers the "Participant (me) for all necessary pleadings and court hearings for a legal name change." He then says that he makes $400/hour and what MetLife would pay him is Not even the equivalent of 1 hour of his time. I then call MetLife and they were shocked he said this. They said that attorneys who are contracted with MetLife have agreed to be paid these prices as part of being in the plan. They then escalated this matter and advised that Morgan would be spoken to. I then received a call back from MetLife apologizing and advising Morgan had been chastised for his behavior. To date, I have Not heard back from Morgan. read more

I got dinged for a silly 78 mph speeding ticket when everyone around me was doing 85, and then a cell phone ticket where the officer *thought* he saw me on my cell phone and wrote me up.
