We have not had a good experience with DK Kitchen Design center .. To say the least. We are on…read moremonth three of a cabinet install that we were told would take "about a week." DK Kitchen design center's installer did such a terrible job installing our cabinets that their sales woman, the owner, the cabinet manufacturers rep, and another installer they work with all agreed most products need to be completely replaced. After months of delays and excuses we at at a stand still because we stopped payment. . We paid $9000 upfront ( shame on us) and after months of no progress we disputed $5000 of it. The owner came to our house and didn't even inspect any damage. After a lot of eye rolling from the saleswoman and demands from the owner to release funds they have halted any repairs that need to be done until we release full payment once again. ( which we offered upon completion) We, in good faith, paid them a lot of money to do a job and they have not given us a quality product. In return , DK Kitchen design refuses to do any more work until they get their money back. We are first time home owners living in this hell. We have been cooking for our three year old on the bbq and in the microwave because of this companies countless delays and broken promises. All they care about is money, NOT the QUALITY of work or the TIME is takes for them to finish a job. Really take your time to research this company. Their "35 years of excellence" are not in operating a business - just in sales. BUYER BEWARE OF ANY COMPANY WHO MAKES YOU PAY IN FULL UP FRONT!
