They damaged my suit and told me it wasn't them that done it.They would not take responsibility for the damages. They have done this more than once to me over the years. Horrible customer service and everyone that I've dealt with are very arrogant. I kept going back because they were close to where I live and they were cheap. " you know the old saying you get what you pay for ". On 1-18-2025 I drop my black suit off to be cleaned for my wife's grandmother's funeral. I went to pick it up the next day it wasn't ready, so I go back the next day it wasn't ready, I went the next day which was Friday they told the machine was down. I asked them why didn't they tell me that on Thursday day I could taken it some where else. Needless to say the lady said it wasn't her problem that the machine was down. Anyway I didn't get to wear that suit to the funeral. I didn't get my suit until Monday and they didn't offer a discount for the inconvenience. Live and learn. This place is a bit pricey, to me. I've paid $3 less than the $17 and change they charged me for four shirts and four pants. The little old lady, who is typically there when I drop off my clothes, is always busy doing something on her phone and just sits at the desk and looks up at me, as if I interrupted her. I have to say, "I'm here to drop some clothes off, " before she will even move towards the register. Also, there are always clothes piled up on the counters. Wouldn't they be gone if she wasn't typing away on her phone? Just sayin'. I just moved to thus area and am looking for a cleaners that is cheaper than this one and has better service. My clothes are always dry cleaned to my liking and the alterations are good as well. The prices are good for I have checked out other cleaners and they are far more expensive to do the same job. Service here is just ok. They are not consistent with their operating hours either. The door says they open at 6:30am but my husband has had to wait in the parking lot until 7 for someone to come open to drop off clothes before heading to work (which made him late). This happened on multiple occasions where they weren't open on time. Another time, I dropped off clothes on a Friday afternoon and was told to come back the next day after 5. I show up at 5 and found out they closed at 4 on Sat! Yes, I should have checked the door on that instead of listening to what the owner said..ugh! read more

READ MY REVIEW FOR WHY YOU SHOULD NOT GO HERE. The employees seem like a couple that own/work for this local cleaners, and are well greeting and come on forward nicely but CANNOT multitask so don't bother trying to ask for what you want if they're stapling tags or folding clothes. About a month ago I dropped off a genuine suede leather jacket, couple hats and slacks, the woman had notified me it was only going to take a 3-5 days for the jacket and the rest a day at least. I came back the next day for hats and slacks and came out good but not its greatest, seen better for stains even a washer could get rid of. I had no issue however. I came back 4 days later for the jacket, is was unprepared. The woman said it was sent to the leather factory for PROFESSIONAL cleanse, she DID NOT let me know about this the first day, she awarded me a couple days more and I understood and proceeded, she said a couple days more needed and to always call to check in on clothing. I like to be present in the situation, not much for the phone. I came back A WEEK later, the same exact thing happened but as nice of a person I am I let it be. ANOTHER WEEK passed by and I returned to the cleaners but this time I met a man, most likely her spouse or co worker, he basically explained the same thing I've been hearing weekly, I told him how long I've waited and that I was no longer interested in their service, I just wanted my jacket returned, and no charge should be given just my clothing back just how I sent it. At this point he knew they fucked up, and WE BOTH AGREED on a RETURN with no CHARGE. He said come back on a Wednesday which was 3 days later from the day I met with him. As predictable their work was, I decided to come a week later, also known as today's date the review was posted. This time they were both working at the same time. I walked up, given my tag, as I started this review they couldn't multitask and didn't even greet my entrance, I turned in my tag, he types the code and then scrolls for my jacket, suddenly begins to speak very shady in a different language to the woman other than English. Finds my jacket hangs it and asks for the total. I had reminded him about the agreement we made just a week ago and then told them the situation that I've been troubling with them since day one, they then began to get very hostile and defensive and tried to outsmart me with an excuse that it was the leather company's fault and not their's, RIDICULOUS. I was starting to become irritated and just wanted to leave, I just payed, I thought that a month's work on a jacket would most definite be worth the pay, I payed, got my change, and then observed my jacket, BIGGEST MISTAKE I MADE. THE SAME EXACT STAINS I had when I dropped my jacket off were still there, they literally DID NOT touch my jacket, I know bc the simplest stain, which was a 5mm pen mark, was STILL THERE, and to make it even worse there was a small tear on it!! I confronted them about it and asked for a refund, and they seemed so intimidated about what I discovered that they offered me a re do in a matter of seconds... I had already payed and I didn't want to pay $55 for no reason. I sent it out again for a re do, give them one more opportunity. They seemed very local with their work and not receive many customers, which shouldn't be a reason why they slack on their work. They are not honest nor accurate. I don't recommend sending your clothing here especially sentimental or worthy clothing. I'll be returning again with another review once I pick up my jacket from the re do and keep this updated. read more

I drive all the way from houston galleria to take my cloths to country cleaners. This business takes quality service very seriously and excellent customer service. There are times I would rather not fight the traffic or travel far to do business with country cleaners but it is absolutely worth it. Went to this cleaners because it wasnt to far from my house over here by Bush. I dont have a set cleaners that i go to because my father usually takes my clothes to his cleaners but i was in a rush. Anywho, took some clothes to get clean (jackets,dresses, jerseys, and etc) and specifically told them to clean extra because i sweat alot and my clothes need extra care. Came to pick my clothes up and they smelled just as though when i dropped them off. I paid over $50 for these ppl to do nothing. So after i raised a little noise they said they would clean them again. Came back to pick the clothes up and i kid u not it was the same from the start. I just collected my items and let my dad take them to his cleaners(which i should have done from the start). I don't even write reviews but this place pissed me off. The customer service wasn't all that either. I would NEVER take my clothes there again no matter how long the lady says shes been open. In my opinion they do a mediocre job and i wouldn't take my clothes here again EVER. read more
