The man was condescending, argued with me about the incredibly vague rules that they had when it came to damage clothing. After a year of using this cleaner, I have decided to find another cleaner because of how they handle problems. They told me that my clothing would not get damaged and then when it did, they told me that "all dry cleaners are like this/do this" and that they would not reimburse me. They also quoted their policies that are on the wall, which also happened to be incredibly vague and could mean just about anything. From the conversation we had, he was making up rules as he went. The only point I attempted to get across is that if they are going to tell me, they are capable of doing something and then they do not do it, and what they did leads to damaging my clothes, they should be able to reimburse me as quoted in their policies. There was no integrity on their end.

The usually turn around time is if in by 9am it's ready two business days later after 4pm, and an extra day if dropped off after 9.

Instead, an employee called back minutes later to relay that I could bring the clothes in again, but they couldn't guarantee the stains would come out. These are standard makeup stains on collars. I've had them removed at other cleaners without issue. This wasn't a disclaimer about difficult stains, it was a deflection. Monday came and went. No call from the manager. No refund. I paid for a service that wasn't performed, flagged it in real time, and was met with indifference at every step. I will be following up and will update this review accordingly.

She is often very rude on the phone and makes it very obvious that she is annoyed to work there. It's been more than one occasion where she would lie to my face about the time it would take for my clothes to be ready, I know this because the times she gives me are unusually long, so I check with another worker and it turns out that she lies about the time. At one point she tried charging me more than what it actually was. I am not the only person this whale does this to, she has done it to my mother as well. One last thing. PLEASE learn to have better hygiene. It is unbelievable how disgusting you are and act in front of customers. I understand you may not like you're job, but you have to ATLEAST behave and look professional and treat customers with respect.
