The man was condescending, argued with me about the incredibly vague rules that they had when it came to damage clothing. After a year of using this cleaner, I have decided to find another cleaner because of how they handle problems. They told me that my clothing would not get damaged and then when it did, they told me that "all dry cleaners are like this/do this" and that they would not reimburse me. They also quoted their policies that are on the wall, which also happened to be incredibly vague and could mean just about anything. From the conversation we had, he was making up rules as he went. The only point I attempted to get across is that if they are going to tell me, they are capable of doing something and then they do not do it, and what they did leads to damaging my clothes, they should be able to reimburse me as quoted in their policies. There was no integrity on their end.

I've had them removed at other cleaners without issue. This wasn't a disclaimer about difficult stains, it was a deflection. Monday came and went. No call from the manager. No refund. I paid for a service that wasn't performed, flagged it in real time, and was met with indifference at every step. I will be following up and will update this review accordingly.
