After waiting for 10 minutes, a server approached and told me he'd be with me in a moment. Another 10 minutes passed, and I went up to the bar to order drinks and a kids' meal, along with an appetizer. After at least 45 more minutes, my toddler was becoming irritable due to hunger. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and not even what I had ordered. I explained to the server that I wanted to pay for the drinks and leave, and his response was, "There are other people I need to take care of first." While I know the server wasn't entirely to blame, this experience was a complete disaster. PiNZ is supposed to be a family-friendly place, but this was my third time dining here, and every visit has been extremely disappointing. As someone who has worked in the service industry for years, I'm honestly baffled that this place is still open. Service is terrible. Food is terrible. You couldn't pay me to come back.

It was fun seeing my boyfriends childhood spot, and nice to see families and friends gathering around to have some in-person fun again. They also have the pool hall of course and that includes some new features, they have a video dart game and they have a TV that has the news on it and of course the pool tables. My only problem was that a game malfunctioned on us and I did have a hard time making the staff understand that we lost half of our first game on #21 (I'm saying the number in hopes that it will be fixed soon...) it went zonky on us and skipped ahead to our 2nd game.. but eventually they did get my drift and they moved us to a new alley and all was well. He didn't seem to care that multiple machines were broken or malfunctioning: * Air hockey had no airflow and didn't keep score * Connect Four Hoops (red side) was playing by itself * Motorcycle games charged but wouldn't start * Basketball games were missing balls * Several other machines weren't working properly Instead of addressing any of this, he was selectively handing out game cards to other customers while repeatedly ignoring my son--the birthday boy--and our family. While we were waiting for food, he came over and asked whose birthday it was, as if I hadn't already told him earlier. Then he made a sarcastic comment saying, "clearly from the sign on the door."
