The line was long, and the wait was definitely noticeable, but after one bite of their Fancy Smash Burger, we completely understood why. This wasn't just a great burger--it was one of those meals that makes you stop talking for a minute because you're too busy enjoying it. The perfectly seasoned beef, combined with their incredible signature sauce, crisp lettuce, and fresh tomatoes, created an absolute explosion of flavor. Every bite was better than the last. They only sell bottled sodas, but they also offer water, which was perfectly fine for us and let the burger remain the star of the show. For the first time, we also tried Dirty Potato Chips, and they were fantastic. Crunchy, flavorful, and the perfect companion to an already amazing meal. One of the best parts? Capital Farms is also a butcher shop. Before leaving, we picked up some of their ground beef so we can try making our own smash burgers at home. We had no problem doing so--it was simply the way she spoke to us. She continued mumbling, handled our groceries carelessly, and when she finished scanning everything, she didn't tell us our total or even acknowledge us. She just stood there silently, staring at the register without looking at us or saying a word, leaving us wondering what she expected us to do. My husband finally asked, "Is that the total?" Instead of simply answering, she mumbled again, rolled her eyes with a nasty attitude, and immediately turned her attention to the next customer as if she was done with us--even though we hadn't even paid yet. She was friendly, welcoming, and truly made our visit memorable. The market has an amazing selection of hot foods and desserts, and everything we tried was delicious.
