Their patience and perseverance led to a bond that we were surprised happened. She started in gen-pop (it's not a prison) but had some issues. Instead of turning her away, she spent some time with Donna, their behavior specialist, and now she's back in gen-pop without issue. We would recommend Dogtown to anyone. Hell, they even have a water park for dogs on their lower level.

She then proceeded to ask where I live as in apartment, town home or home and I said the puppy was for my mother ( for her birthday) and she lived in a town home. Let me add my moms house has a big yard in the back , and plenty of great walking trails nearby. She then tells me well no you can't purchase the animal, they are a " barky, loud" breed and can't live next to other people if it's not in a home. I have NEVER in my life heard anyone create a random rule that you can't purchase a breed because it barks ...ALL DOGS BARK , especially puppies like wtf and i mentioned she lives in a town home, as well as her neighbors having a dog. Her attitude wasn't pleasant at all and I feel like she just didn't want to sell us a dog. Even if I lived in a home, next door neighbors can still hear a dog barking wether it's inside or out. She was just quick to dismiss and shut us down. The puppies are overpriced and the customer service is TRASH. I pray they get a new owner some day, I've never liked that lady anyways.

Then call me and my husband a liar saying he wasnt utd on shots. The call his vet and the vet was busy but tried to call them back but they wasn't answering there phone to let them know he was utd. Didn't cut his nails and charged an extra 40 dollars then originally told it would. Owner called cussing by 4:45 and hanging up on us. Horrible communication. Also, drop off and pick up times have become very limited, which seems rather odd to me, since he touts that he's around 24/7 with your pet. Don't bother asking Bobby why his policies have changed. Bobby has a terrible attitude, as is mentioned in a number of other reviews. I suppose he'll do just fine without my business, but I would recommend that you direct your business elsewhere as well.

Every day she took him out and sent an update with some cute pics. She made sure he got exercise, went potty and got water and his usual treats when they returned. I feel like the amount of exercise and attention he got was much healthier for him than being alone all day by himself sleeping. I've known about Paw Joggers for awhile, but they didn't service Mt. Adams. They've since added on a new "jogger" who is able to service my neighborhood. Paw Joggers is owned by a lovely woman named Billie, whose husband is a Cincinnati K9 officer! Billie and her team are super reliable and professional. After initially contacting them, they'll come to your house for a free Meet & Greet so they can meet your dog(s), go through paperwork and learn about your residence (keys, breaker box location, anything else they might need to know). You can either use the online scheduling tool or email Billie to request service. My walker uses a smartphone app called "Run Keeper" that will send me an email when she's done walking my dogs and shows me a map of the walk or job, the time, distance, average pace, etc. She also will text me a picture of my pups, and give me the details on their walk (#1s and #2 reports). If you are lucky, they might even post pictures of your dog on their Facebook page, which is always fun to see.
