Went here on a recommendation of a friend to pick up some hay. Pull up with a trailer, & back into…read morethe hay barn. Ryan greeted me & started discussing the types of hay they provide. When I told him I needed cheap hay for a parade float, not for animal consumption. He immediately recommended the basic straw hay. He even explained they have some older straw that got wet I could get cheaper. I went inside, explained what I needed, they marked the hay down. Thanks to Ryan I got the hay I needed at a lower price. This place has many other items that others have talked about, I just needed hay. I plan to come back and explore at a later date.

I've only been here two or three times, this trip I went for some hay for some newly acquired…read morerabbits. I went in not remembering what type of hay I even needed but the young lady at the register went straight to Timothy which was exactly what I needed. The gentleman that helped load it up for me was also very friendly and helpful even expressing his dismay that hay prices had to be increased recently due to water shortage. Here's the thing... I paid $25 for 10 pounds or so at a pet store so getting 50+ pounds for less is enough of a reason for me to drive across town just to purchase hay. Between excellent customer service, friendly people and amazing prices I will absolutely be going back every time I need hay. Side note I switched my indoor cats to wood pellets instead of clay litter and this is a great place to get pellets as well.

They have all kinds of pet treats and human treats, pet toys etc and best of all coffee of course, for my fellow coffee lovers! Met one of the owners! Super friendly and made a delicious Irish cream oat milk latte not too sweet, just right! We also got to test out their fresh baked gluten-free chocolate chip cookies, which was a huge hit with my son! My son also loved the pet friendly aspect and got to make a new dog friend while we were there! They also have a great gated courtyard with water bowls for your furry companion too! I happened to glance at this shop while waiting for my dog to get her nails clipped next door so my son and I visited. I'm so glad we did! My son was bedazzled with all of the wild bird equipment and seed. He is three. One of the owners took him by the hand and showed him around the store. She was so patient with him and gave him a lesson in feeding birds, attracting birds, and bird baths. We had recently bought a house in the Montgomery and Juan Tabo area and summer was approaching, so I was interested in getting a bird feeder and seed (especially after the kind greeting we got.) She gave me a lesson in bird seed (she was SO knowledgeable!) She helped me pick out a bird feeder that came with a small bird book so my son could decipher the birds that came. She also suggested their blend called "Enchantment Mix No Mess." She even gave us some S hooks for free and a sample of different seed. We set up his bird feeder a few weeks later next to our bird bath in our front courtyard. We patiently waited for about a month watching for birds. Toward the beginning of June, we started getting the most beautiful red finches. Now one of our favorite summer activities is to watch for "our red finches." What a great place this is and such knowledgeable owners! These beautiful birds are going crazy for this seed, and people need to know about this shop. Cheers!

I know we have tried several groomers in Albuquerque and either their not good, don't care about my fur baby or very pricey. So when we found hound haven which is a short drive from home it was convenient. I could go home unlike if you go to a location in town and I have to find things to do in town. Hound haven had Honey ready to go at the promised time. Honey was one good looking pup with pink bows and a happy girl. Definitely will be back
