She has "promised" (her words) to contact corporate and get refund handled quickly. She has made this promise for three months, with no results. She no longer takes or returns our calls. When we visit the park office she acts shocked that we haven't received check from corporate yet and "promises" to send them an "urgent" message!!!

We would have to leave messages with and answering service and often wouldnt hear back for days or never. Christian was very pleasant.... The other individual was argumentitive and difficult.

There is no place for guests to park and they are now towing guests cars. When you ask the office questions about this new policy, and ask where should guests park they are rude and state it is not there problem. The site itself is clean and up kept, but you have to deal with the unprofessional management.
