I tried to restart it according to the instructions on the tank over the weekend because Armis isn't open on weekends. On Monday, a nice Armis Rep tried calling 5 local plumbers/businesses. All refused service. I then called them myself. They said they'd "NEVER WORK WITH ARMIS!!!" So I paid out of pocket. I emailed ARMIS and went online, sent my invoice. Dude calls me, says "oh, sorry, we needed to speak with the plumber BEFORE paying for anything, see photos of the water heater, discuss repairs etc.." "Because this didn't happen, we're not paying." BTW, American Home Shield doesn't put age limits on appliances, ARMIS DOES! American Home Shield doesn't require photos, or discussion of repairs and they're open 24/7. I call, they contact a repairman who calls me for apt and they repair it. Done. I just signed up with AHS. AVOID ARMIS at all costs!

He used three different colors of caulking. the tiles are not level, now one has come lose. Also he said I didn't buy enough and went out and bough two more boxes. The flooring that he bought didn't match. So you can imagine how bad that floor looks. While doing the floor, they put caulking down my kitchen drain. Cost me $100.00 to fix that. I fussed about the floor and windows about and he said that he would only fix the floor/screens if I paid for the material again, NOT happening. Guess it is small claims court for this man.

Installer got sick so we didn't know until day 9 the door was wrong. Unfortunately, he stated that's our problem even after I offered to pay a restocking fee and purchasing the correct door from him. Stated its not his fault customers don't read, and he can't be expected to take back items and lose money. The business model here is very short minded and not customer friendly. You take the extra step and build a relationship with your customers, not speak of policies that serve who? The 1st day or so was OK, but then they slowed down the work and in addition would not have full team there. Then the main "Guy" and the "Gal" would get into huge arguments in my yard every day. It was horrible. They would come after noon and then stay until after dark, usung flashlights. It was insane. On the 8th day I told them no more, it had to be done. Then they tried to charge me another 1k. When I said no they slowed to a crawl. Finally my daughter had to drive up from the city and help me run them off and then we had to finish the job ourselves. Later my neighbors told me they saw them doing drugs in their cars and I dont doubt it. In the end, I thought the entire debacle was a scam to get more money out of me.
