Recently, we saw them share on Facebook that they had some strawberries ready for picking and we basically hopped out of bed and headed over there. You pay $3 per person and $2 per bucket to enter. My wife waited in life while I took our son to play on the playground, which he really enjoyed. Once she was done, we headed back to the strawberries. There were several areas you could choose from, and it was pretty obvious which areas had been picked over already and which hadn't. Some sections would only have a few decent strawberries, while others were full of only the biggest and brightest. We nearly filled up two buckets and it was only $24. Sure, we had to pick them and wash them, but we had enough strawberries to last us an eternity. And they were pretty tasty too. The market where you pay for the berries after also had other various produce items and meats. I added on a jar of pickles on top of the strawberry haul. We will probably have to make this an annual tradition!

Yesterday I purchased a cantaloupe. It is so flavorful and sweet. I haven't found a good cantaloupe in years and had gotten tired of throwing them out. Not this one. I wanted to learn more about the company since it's local and I often find the juices in the produce section while shopping at HEB. The founders, Norma and Walter Nimocks, decided to bring juices to the masses after experimenting with various combinations and recipes. Norma, as I discovered, is originally from Ecuador, but the Nimocks's travels throughout Central and South America also apparently inspired them as they went about creating shots and juices. Although I haven't tried any of the Just Made wellness shots, I definitely get the juices often. I would say my favorite thus far is Ginger Greens (Immunity) which includes: kale, spinach, pineapple and ginger. It tastes great and has a dark green label. Also included are coconut water, pear juice and lime juice. The flavors are well balanced. My second favorite juice is the Beets & Turmeric which includes: beets, orange juice, coconut water, pear juice and carrot. One would initially expect the beets to overpower everything else in the mix, but again, this is a well balanced blend. Another flavor I tried recently is the Pineapple Ginger, which is delicious. Overall, I highly recommend these juices because it's a great tasting, affordable healthy option (priced just over $3 for the 11.8 oz bottles).

She then said that she scans fast and started throwing my stuff at my that i put on the belt. I let her know it was her job to scan people and she didn't have to be rude she rolled her eyes and told me that i should of used a basket. i told her to allow me a moment while i put everything in my wagon so i can pay. when i went to pay and ask for my receipt she told me i had to wait and finish everything on the screen which it was nothing on the screen i let her know. she threw the receipt at me a and told me bye get out of the store. i will be letting everyone on my social media know to not go to this store and to watch out for Alexandria. She didn't want to provide me with corporate number or did she want to give me the manager information.

The cheeses are a full spectrum for entertainment or just to keep your gut-biome top notch. I also love browsing through the middle section which has portable workout stuff, hats, cookware... The store was clean and well organized. They had plenty of stock on some popular items with my group. Found the chocolate chip cookies, the chocolate candy bars with almonds and bought more sweet cantaloupe. Also found some street tacos that really came in handy for a quick dinner tonight. I bought some Mediterranean dressing and tomatoes and cucumbers to try. They had some other items that are popular in the group and I was happy to see a well stocked store. This location is on the way home for me and I will definitely put on my list to swing by from time to time. Checkout was fast and efficient.

When I walked in at Hong Kong Food Market, I saw some flowering plants in the entrance area. Walking in the market and saw more. The prices were pretty reasonable. I bought one on my way out. The produce section looked fully stocked, which making my shopping easy and pleasant. The seafood department was my favorite because I saw so many fresh fish and live fish on display as customers picking up the fish. The rest of store is hit and miss. I couldn't find the cashew cookies like other Hong Kong Food Market had. However, the soy sauce section was pretty full. As matter of fact, I like the sauce section better than other grocery stores in Chinatown. On my next trip to this part of town, I would explore more at this strip mall.

They had advertised acceptance of OTC cards as an S3 store yet upon paying they claimed my OTC card would not work and the lady at the front would not even allow me to try it at the register despite having very limited knowledge of OTC. She then proceeded to verbally create a very loud environment for all of the patrons at checkout. I would not recommend this place in any form especially for seafood lovers as the fresh fish was stored in cloudy water and had a rank smell.
