There's just enough cream cheese icing drizzled to emphasize, but not hide, the cake itself. I picked up a pecan praline and a carrot cake -- both were good -- but the pecan praline especially stood out for me. That's something since carrot cake is always my first choice. While individual bundt cakes are always available, there are larger versions customizable for any occasion that might be a good alternative to cake. These aren't inexpensive, but for the nearly-two servings size and on special occasions, it's a nice option.
