Mike took a look at the problem and identified that it was nothing more than a completely clogged drain. He cleared the clog - which was a massive clog - and told me how to take care of it myself the next time there was a problem. He was professional and courteous. He was not inexpensive but not outrageous considering that he was able to come promptly and addressed the problem. Should I have septic problems again, he will be the first person that I call.
