Even though she's based on Staten Island, we were able to work out a time to meet up in the city for both drop off and pick up of my items. Throughout the entire process, Michele was amazing. She is incredibly attentive to detail, really cares about producing quality work that would fill her clients with joy, oh, and she happens to be the world's biggest sweetheart. As she worked, she contacted me to show me her progress and when I saw the place cards she made for my husband and me, I totally ugly cried some tears of joy!
