Terrible experience here. I brought 3 pieces of clothing in on Tuesday and requested a Saturday pickup. When I arrived on Saturday to pick up my bill was $38. I was then informed that I was subject for a rush fee as it takes them 5 business days to dry clean. Modern cleaners can turn around an order without a rush within 5 business days and they should informed me it was a rush order prior to taking my clothes. Don't come to this store unless you enjoy being nickeled and dimed for service. read more

We have used Country Squire Cleaners for a long time for all of our dry cleaning, spot removal, and repair needs from clothes to table clothes and everything else. The service is always excellent - there is no need or request they will not help will & nothing about cleaning clothes, etc., that they don't know! They are definitely a little pricey but what isn't in Potomac and at least here you get what you pay for: high quality, prompt service with a smile. read more

Bought my son a very nice suit to wear to Homecoming and at the afterparty he managed to spill some kind of gooey sticky liquid candy all over the front right chest are and some on the left chest. I thought for sure the suit was ruined, but took it to Country Squire and in a decent turn around time, I went back to pick it up and it looked great. I pulled up the plastic to inspect the area that needed cleaning and you couldn't see any residue from the gooey candy. All of it had been removed and the suit had been restored to looking like brand new. Very happy with the cleaning job they did. Def amazing that they got it so clean. This family owned business gets top rating from me in all aspects. I've been using them for over a decade now and they've done everything from sewing and mending to drycleaning all my clothes, curtains, and even antique bed comforters. The owner, Steve, is one of the friendliest guys around and also quite an avid art collector, and this is probably the artsiest dry cleaner on the planet, as the walls are covered in original artwork from top to bottom as well as autographed photos of some of his most famous Potomac-area residents. I had high hopes for this dry cleaners but was very disappointed. The two pairs of work pants I dropped off were shrunk - by a considerable amount. I specifically went to this place - knowing that it was more expensive than your typical dry cleaners - because I didn't trust a cheaper place like ZIPS with my favorite pants. Avoid Country Squire Cleaners if you can. Basic shirt clean and press is overpriced. The tailoring is sub-standard. I had the sleeves of a medium jacket shortened and the stitching looked like something a novice did. The outer stitching was visibly crooked. When I complained, the owner replied that the seamstress was not a machine and some crookedness was to be expected. I don't think so - I've seen hand stitching from an expert who knew how to sew straight. Country Squire Cleaners are no experts. read more

Country Squire takes care of their customers! I needed an alteration on a bridesmaid dress that was too loose (after shedding 10 lbs, unexpectedly). I had 3 days until the wedding and Country squire got the job done in one day. The fit was perfect. Excellent workmanship! They saved the day. There simply is no dry cleaning establishment that I'm aware of that can compare. It's not just the fact that you can pull up in front, drop your clothes and run--but if you have a few minutes, you'll quickly find out that you just entered an establishment that makes you feel like you've walked through a friends front door, and are greeted as such. I've been very pleased with Country Squire cleaners. I use them for my personal dry cleaning and mending and have always been highly satisfied - and I am a picky person. The staff/Owner is great and I like the way they treat me as a person, not just another customer to be put up with.
