The customer service is good, and that is why I wanted to try them out twice before leaving a review. They are pricey but that is the same for almost all cleaners. I'm not certain the clothes are cleaned on site or outsourced but what I know is my clothes did not look like they were well cleaned just well starched for certain items. My earmuffs are sticky on the outside and my coat is covered in lint. I will be calling to have these items re-cleaned. I do recommend them for their customer service but bear in mind they are pricey; for 2 skirts, one trousers, one coat, one sweater and earmuffs I paid over $80. read more

I lost a button on my way to a BBQ today and happened to be meeting my partner at the plaza where this cleaner is located. It seemed like a long shot but figured I could try to see if they could help. The man working behind the counter was so nice! He said he could give me a needle and thread to fix it. After a few moments, he came out with a needle already threaded and tied at the end for me. Another woman was so kind to sew the button for me as I was wearing my dress. She did so with such expertise They didn't even charge me for the trouble. I will definitely be bringing any items I need to dry clean here. I picked up my suit on 8-22-2020 and they did exactly what I asked. Dry cleaned it with natural ingredients. Hemmed the pants. Added buttons on the sleeves and even noticed I had the mismatching colors and got the correct ones and sewed them on for me. Very perceptive. I dropped my items (2 coats, 1 pants, 1 jacket) as it's nearby my workplace and I don't have to spend extra time to my usual dry cleaning place. They needed 2 days to complete the job and billed $35.9. What stood out was the $1.95 charge for the belt of the coat and $8.95 for one the coats. When I asked about the price, the unhappy old lady snapped back and said "that's even cheap. it's usually $15". I've been dry cleaning my clothes for years and NEVER paid more than $4 a piece! She have could at least provide reason/s why they charge that much instead of snapping back as if the customer CAN'T afford their service. I've been doing business here for almost 5 years on a weekly basis. They are almost flawless - and when something goes wrong, they leap to do it over and make it perfect. So very rare in service businesses today. They always greet me warmly and mostly by name! This review is because once again, Ronnie and his cordial, accurate and energetic staff went above and beyond and I had to say GOOD JOB! Today I was picking up 6 hangers of dry cleaning and a full shopping bag of boxed shirts - Ronnie (the personable owner) came in the door and automatically took the hangers out to my car for me. And was happy to do it! They do my boss's shirts and always get them right. The dry cleaning gets the special attention quality clothing requires and when there is some minor question or issue, they are quick to call me to review what they should do. Recommendations for the best way to proceed have always been spot on (pun intended!). Their process is strictly eco friendly - no chemical smell in the store or on the clothes. Alterations and repairs are available and turn around is speedy.They do all the laundry and dry cleaning work on premises! In addition to laundry and dry cleaning services, they have cleaned my very salt and water stained Ugg boots and made them literally look brand new! They also provide shoe repairs. Their hours are EXTENSIVE Mon-Friday from 7 AM TIL 8 PM and Saturdays from 8 AM til 6 PM. I don't use dry-cleaning service very often, but every time I do, I see the same friendly people who are not afraid to smile. I have met the owner a few times, and he is always ready to help when there is a problem, which I happened to have a few times. When I saw the construction on the site, and only a few businesses were open, I stopped by to ask what are they going to do, but the owner Mr. Ronnie Greenbaum informed me that they are going to remain open for business. Amazing service! Everyone there is soo friendly! They attend you fast with a nice greeting and a smile. It is a bit pricey but what do you expect? It's in a nice area, they don't use chemicals on your clothing, great service and a job well done! Even better, they have same day service on some days. My first visit there was a great experience. I needed 13 men's shirts and 2 men's suits and 2 kids suits by the next day and when I went back in the evening the next day, it was ready! They did an amazing job at taking out the stains I had and I was ecstatic! They even helped me out to my car and thanked me properly including my last name in the sentence! I would give 4.75 stars if fractions were an option! I have been a customer at Milestone Cleaners for 13 years. I have especially appreciated that the staff has remained there and therefore they get to know the customers, their needs and of course, their quirks! I especially like it when the staff suggests a change to my order to preserve a garment -- suggesting a better care/cleaning alternative. This happened with a favorite blouse and dress where they caught my error and saved the items. The employees care about their work. Ron, the owner, (who is frequently at the store) has demonstrated his ability to get out stains as well as the "not to be named cleaner off the Beltway" that I had been using when I was concerned about a spot on a gown or cocktail dress. I am always selective and careful with my cleaners. Week ago I tried Milestone for the first time. I had brought a crepe de chine dress to them with coffee stains down the back. The material is extremely delicate with rhinestones down the back, not to mention it's white. Manager Ronnie took extremely good care of my dress. Not only did he removed all the coffee stains on an impossible fabric, he cleaned the seams and corners of my dress thoroughly. It looked like new when I got it back. I couldn't thank him and the staff at Milestone enough. Previous cleaners I've used, claimed to be the best and charged a whole lot, never paid the kind of attention to details that Milestone did. Very thorough, careful dry cleaning company with a large array of services offered. Staff are eager to help and listen carefully when you have instructions on a particular article of clothing. I've had buttons replaced and rips sewn back up to restore clothing without any hassles. Suits are 12.95 for dry clean, shirts are 1.99 for laundering I believe with a .10c extra fee if you want it the next day, and dress pants dry cleaning are 5.95. Prices aren't the strong point but again this is a quality dry-cleaner that can justify these prices. read more
